I was gana order this slide from shop Taurus but the stuff after TX has me concerned. I know alot of sights have been cloned recently. Anyone else's look like this?

I'm looking for a good adjustable rear sight that is compatible with my Taurus PT92 AFS. I was looking for something like this:

Up front I’ll say it’s not shooting BULLETS to the right, haven’t even shot it yet, it’s shooting a dry fire training laser to the right.

I have a mantis dry fire training system for several calibers and one for the AR. They all shoot straight, in every gun. Including the 9mm one I put in this Taurus. However, in the new Taurus it seems to shoot about 3” to the right at 10yds. Now I can feel a bit of side to side play in the barrel when the gun is locked up and ready to fire. And it seems like it also flexes out the extractor when I push the back of the barrel to the right to make it shoot straight. (Not saying that’s the problem, just an observation)

Any thoughts as to why mine is holding to the right? Never owned one of these before so I have no idea exactly what’s going on.

Was told in a email on the 23rd of Jan . That the issues would be resolved, code is still invalid and the 3 pack of mags are out of stock, but the single ones are in stock why not just send three mags in the mail to someone who's approved pretty simple concept why make everybody go through all these hoops

Is the GX4 line up worth the risk? I can’t decide between a GX4 or GX4XL. I ask if it’s worth the risk since there is so much controversy over the name unfortunately and I’ve seen cases of people having to send their guns back. Maybe I’m overthinking it but would like to hear y’all’s experiences good or bad.

So I purchased this G3C after watching many YouTube videos and reading numerous positive comments.

The first time I shot it at the range, w/o the laser and w/o the grip. The G3C is louder than my other guns (also 9mm) and felt as if it was trying to jump out of my hands, seriously. Anyone else notice this?

The second time at the range, a little better control with the hogue grip, still really snappy. Yes, I know it’s a subcompact and they’re more snappy. But I don’t remember my Glock 26 being snappy at all… So kinda surprised the G3C is.

Anyway, much better today with the G3C. Better groups than before, which is always good.

No intentions on modifying this gun as I got a really good deal on it, 205.00! And the Viridian Laser I got for 15 dollars (on sale + promo). Using this as my ‘leave in the truck’ gun and to practice when dry firing.

Now for the main reason I’m posting - what are good gun cleaning brands other than Hoppes? Is there a go-to that most gun owners use? Perhaps like a cleaner I can spray on? Just wondering. Thanks!

Is it safe to run Underwood ammo in the Taurus 605?

Everything non-Taurus branded holster on the site seems to work, but unfortunately the only appendix carry holsters on the site that work for my 605 toro are the branded ones. Any idea what the issue could possibly be?

I got an email response from Taurus customer service saying that the original rebate codes received should work again by the end of next week.

Has anyone gotten any response regarding the codes for the triple mag rebate coming back as invalid when entered? TIA

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but I was wondering if anyone knew of brands or companies that sell slides compatible with the G3? I've been Googling for days and really have only found the TORO kit, but I was wondering if there were any others before I commit to buying it.

Got my TX22 Gen 2 Toro last week. Immediately took it to the range. Had about 5-6 failure to feeds with CCI Mini Mag.

No problem - the gun/mags are probably just a little dirty.

I take them home, clean them up, lube it all reallll good. This gun is glistening and gliding on the slide, the guide on the mags are running smooth as butter, no stick, no gunk - not that it was that dirty. I ran the guide and spring up and down for a good 10 - 15 minutes while I watched TV as the RSO said that can help solve the issue.

Take it to the range with 2 mags full. 4 more failure to feeds. This happened on both the larger mag and smaller mag.

Hearing how reliable these 22s are, that they'll eat any ammo you throw at them, I am no longer confident and am feeling like I got a lemon.

Any next steps or solutions I should try, or just reach out for warranty?

Here is the first gun I ever bought about 20 years ago. This is my Taurus PT 24/7 chamber in 9mm. This thing has been a work horse. Never jammed with any cheap ammo I can put through it. Always catch crap at gun shops talking about it, but it has been great! Still fun to shoot, very accurate and reliable.

I have a Taurus G3 and haven't been able to find any documentation showing detailed teardown. Does anything like this exist?

I’m looking at getting a tx22 for range plinking. I’m in a ban state so just going for a basic 10 round version. I’m not likely going to put optics on it.

I can local get a Gen I for $250 or another store close by has a Gen II for $325. Is it really worth the extra $75 for the Gen ? Normally I’d pay more for the newer version but this is a budget ranger shooter for me.

I've almost paid off my layaway for my judge snub nose and I want to show up with a holster when I go to get the transfer done. It will be my secondary EDC. I want a kydex holster that also has a hammer strap. Just wondering if that existed because I can't find anything, or do I just have to go with leather in order to get a hammer strap?
