1st of the month my manager isn’t in today I was just curious how you look at store goals for the month of February Searched C2 but can’t figure it out. I know another ME does it but he’s on PTO
IIUC 9+ lines are $45 per line? So, if I have 10 lines, out of which 4 lines are free, am I correct that my bill would be:
($45 x 10 - $45 * 4) = $270
Minus $40 AutoPay discount
-----------------------------
Net $230
Insider discount is 20% of $230 (I have insider discount)
Net is $186 for 10 lines after insider discount?
=================
For background
I got 4 lines initially, one of which was free. My bill was $148 after insider
Then I added 2 BOGO and my bill is now $176
I am planning to add 2 more BOGO this time, which will put the 8 lines bill to $204 ($176 + $28 after auto-pay discount and 20% insider)
Next BOGO cycle, I am planning to add two more.
Can someone explain why my Netflix subscription started from free to $11 per month?
I recently ported our lines from AT&T, and so far, I have been happy with the experience. There were no issues with AT&T, other than it seemed data was a tad slow in many areas. But being over 55 (and enjoying the 55+ discounts), our cost is lower, plus the bonuses such as Apple TV+ and Netflix are pluses.
Porting to a new carrier is a little like trying to steal second base - to a certain extent, a customer has to give up their old carrier, especially when upgrading devices at the same time. But this has been a good switch!
Like the title says, having HSI issues. I’m using a G4AR unit on T-Mobile’s amplified HSI plan. I brought in a different G4AR unit to exchange this morning to a T-Mobile location and they swapped out my unit and changed my internet rate plan to the amplified internet, but my HSI is STILL turning off and on all day, multiple times per hour. They tested it in the store to see if it would turn off and on like I said it would, but it didn’t start acting up again until I brought it home.
The common denominator here is my house. This could be an outlet/electrical issue at my home, I can see that being possible, but it’s happening no matter where I place my unit in the house and I really don’t want to just chalk this up to my house’s electrical being a problem.
Any other ideas friends?
My cousin had one line on T-Mobile but he switched it to att for his work discount and his work actually pays for it now.
He asked me if he could reactivate his T-Mobile postpaid account with a new number, so no porting back in? He's around 30 days of porting out.
I told him I figured he probably could but I wasnt completely sure.
Will tmobile let you reactivate that same account without porting back in and give you a new number?
We just returned from the local store trying to update my son's phone. While commercials say they'll take any phone in any condition, they could not accept my son's phone with a cracked screen. It appears their commercial is just pure bs. My son's is going to have to pay for his upgrade. He really should take better care of an expensive phone but who push a promotion when it is just not true.
Could someone let me know what is the current deal offered by Costco to upgrade phone on one plan. Looking to trade in iphone 12 to get S25 and wanted to check if I need to go through Samsung/Tmobile or Tmobile through costco to get the best deal.
Thanks in advance.
If I currently have 7 lines (3 free) for $160, if I add a BOGO, does the price stay the same at $160 due to how the discounts are calculated under the 9 line plan? (I do not have the "OG insider" for what its worth, just regular insider.
Separately, I know we are also on the "good" price lock that won't change as long as we stay on the current plan. Does moving to the 9 line plan remove this version of price lock for the whole account, or just for the new lines?
After T-Mobile started forcing $5 charge per line I had to switch my autopay card. I setup a Debit Visa card only for T-mobile.
My bank sent me fraud alerts for charges on that card only 30Jan. I talked with a bank rep today and 4 transactions were attempted on it. 3 transactions were for less than $1 but 4th transaction was almost $100 and what generated that fraud alert.
I told the rep that I had never used this card at any place except setup auto pay at T-Mobile. They had to cancel that card and new card is on its way.
Please keep an eye on your auto pay debit visa card or bank account. Looks like some sort of t-mobile data hacked once again.
We have two cellphones in our family, that's it. Kids aren't old enough yet.
I'm paying Verizon around $170/mo and I hate them. The service in NJ is just no longer that great. On the plus side, we get Disney+ through them
I am more frequently flying now (3x a year?) and I don't want to pay United for wifi, so that's a pro for tmobile. The bigger perk is international data/text/calling [at certain plan tiers]. We pay for Netflix premium so I don't think the perk here helps us. On the other hand free Apple TV does.
I don't need 100Gb of data, we use maybe 20-25 Gb/mo. I do occasionally connect to my phone as a hotspot.
I'm currently using an iPhone 13 Pro Max, which I could upgrade. I don't have to. It's in perfectly fine condition. If there was a really good deal, sure I'd do it.
Unfortunately I can't for the life of me figure out what price I'll ACTUALLY END UP PAYING month over month.
I think we'd likely need the Go5G Plus plan which is $150/mo.
The deals via Apple+TMobile vs. TMobile directly also appear to be different?
What I see on the Apple website:
iPhone 16 Pro Max 256GB Black Titanium
From $8.30/mo. per month over 24 mo.months after trade-in with a carrier deal°
$849.00 Total financed ($35.38/mo. before T-Mobile bill credits)
....
So am I getting 35.38 in credits per month? Are they really financing ~$850 of the phones cost?
I understand I'll have to pay taxes upfront.
Is there an EASY way to figure out what I'll pay if I upgrade both my and my wife's phone (she'll just want a 16 not a 16 pro)
Mom has an account as primary, my oldest brother is authorized user.
Mom wants to just jump ship.
Brother has an active pay plan for iPhone on his line.
Will my brother automatically become the Primary?
What will happen anything negative??? Or is everyone safe??
T-mobile updated the portal design and I can’t find a way to see all the line discounts and total costs of the plan that I used to see. I can check my bill to see the discounts but any mid cycle change won’t be known until the bill comes.
I'm in omaha NE and looking at phones and it seems like every single android is out of stock in the whole city, S24's, all the pixels, is there a reason why no store here has any inventory ?
So it arrived at Jacksonville facility, then departed that facility and arrived at Jacksonville facility 🤣 gotta be a glitch right? Or are there multiple facilities in Jacksonville 🤷🏽♂️🤔😅
I don’t see much promotion of Money. Anyone have any insight to any upcoming developments? Wondering if they may end the product at some point.
Does T-Mobile Business sales/support have a phone number that actually gets answered by a real person and doesn't go straight to voice mail? If so, what is that phone number?
I'm very careful with money, I'm positive I did not over pay last month
I set up a payment arrangement. The date it was due they were closed. So I decided to pay the full amount instead the day they were supposed to take out the full payment. And now it says I owe a past due balance of the half payment even though I paid in full. I talk to customer service and she tried to tell me that even though I made the full payment I'm still behind and owe the payment arrangement amount. I'm like how if I paid what I owe in full and she said Because your account shows we tried to take out the $91 and it declined and I said yeah because I paid the $190 instead. She said ok well you will owe $15 late payment and that will make you current and you will owe $210
And I'm like my phone bill is supposed to be $110 but they still want me to pay the amount for the payment arrangement even tho I paid the full balance of my last bill how does that make sense
i’m switching from iphone to android can i do it myself or would i need to call t-mobile? i read you can have voicemail issues? i’ve switched between iphones but never to an android by myself since i preordered the phone this time instead of buying in store.
Hi, I wanted to know if anyone is participating in the Apple Ignite Challenge on seed. If so do you know what prize we may get and the qualifications to earn a prize.
Thanks
I signed an EIP for one of those “buy four accessories get __ off deals” like, Feb 1, 2024.. or somewhere in there. I knew today was my last attempt to make it right. One of my accessories was a pair of Google Pixel Buds, which went out at the end of Nov. I had mentioned it to a T Life rep during a chat about another topic, and they advised after-they SAID- they looked at my order history and asked, they were still under warranty and I needed to simply take them to my local TM store. I should’ve known that shit was way too damn easy. So again, today was the last day, pretty sure, and I couldn’t get a ride til after 3p. In the pouring rain, with my hub bitching at me constantly (the reason I paid $100 for earbuds) he drops me out at the curb, I get soaking wet, only to have a guy in store laugh and tell me he doesn’t know why the TL agents tell ppl the false shit they do. I may still have a day, maybe two most, but I’m sure that’s it. Idk if I registered the things with Google, or if I’ve even still got the box, papers, etc. I’ve got an iPhone and I just couldn’t afford the AirPods at the time so I got the Google Buds. It wouldn’t be a big deal, and my seizure meds are kicking in, so maybe it’s not, but I’ve still got to pay for them for months to go. Oh yeah, they sent me the wrong size case for my iPhone and I’ve been paying for it, too, unable to use it or swap it. 🙄
Recently while moving I lost my phone and I was wondering if anyone knows how it would go to get my E-Sim changed? I saw that whenever we swap our sim card out they make you accept or decline a sim transfer and if you don't accept it in a certain amount of time then they decline it ? I don't want to mark my device as "Stolen" since I know I lost it back at my house that my husband is still moving extra furniture to our house and i know I lost it somewhere in that house. Would there be any way I could still get my E-Sim transferred ?
Ok so I'm on an older plan with 3 lines. I want to upgrade 1 line for the s25ultra so I'd get a $1,000 trade in credit for switching to the go5g plus plan.
Assuming the same exact same deal is still active and the fact I have already switched plans to get the deal for the original line, is there a deadline for the deal for upgrading another line? Or can I do it 3, 4, 5 months afterwards?
Thanks I. Advance.
