Does St. Joe's give any single dorms to any incoming freshman? If so, how does one acquire this.
Best tips for finding a roommate/what dorm should I pick.
hi all, i visited and toured the hawk hill campus and dorms etc there. can anyone shed some light on what happens at the university city campus? do some students end up at university city residence halls? are certain types of classes held there? what happens there? many thanks and sorry if it's a dumb Q.
I’m thinking of applying to Saint Joseph’s university over the summer. It seems like a really good school with a lot of opportunities, especially with jobs. I’m planning communication sciences and disorders (CSD) as a undergrad major, but I want to know if SJU has a really good CSD program.
Hello! I am considering getting a Masters in Business Administration MBA at Saint Joseph’s University. I was wondering if any students/alumni have any advice or anything I should keep in mind about the program?
Has anyone taken Organic Chemistry with Nicholas Chen, Physics 1 with Piotr Habdas, or Physics 2 with Sergio Freire? What were your thoughts?
Hi all,
I’m looking into the MBA program at St Joe’s and wanted to ask someone currently in the program how they like it. I’d be taking 100% online classes which means they would be 7 week long courses. Is this enough time to understand the subject matter and be tested or do a final project on it? Just concerned it may not be enough time to master advanced level courses.
Hey everyone, this is Joe, one of the co-founders of Coursicle. I wanted to let everyone know that we just launched Coursicle Chat, which is basically a group chat for every class. We launched at a handful of schools last semester and the response was solid so we decided to roll it out further. It's a very new product, so would love any feedback you have!
Here's a link: https://www.coursicle.com/sju/
Here's a screenshot of our growth since after we launched at more schools if you're curious: https://imgur.com/a/s8IhVeZ
I have been accepted to SJU for this upcoming spring for the CS program. Haven’t heard a whole lot about it and I was wondering if anyone would recommend it and possibly give me some insight on the program. Also is it worth the money?
Hi, I am considering SJU for Biology on a premed track and I have a few questions. Feel free to answer as few or as many as you like but anything you can answer would be a great help.
Thank you so much for your time and any answers you give!
Looking to find out more about what campus life is like. Anyone here at SJU now? I hear lots of people like it and lots don't. Transfer rate seems about equal going in and going out.
I just wanted to share Rate My Courses ratemycourses.io with new students who might not be familiar with it. This is a website similar to RMP but for classes. You can use this to look at reviews and get advice on courses you're interested in taking.
And don't forget to add reviews for the courses you took or currently taking!
I'm looking into getting a parking pass but so far, during my first week, I've been parking near Mandeville Hall for the day and I (luckily) haven't received any kind of ticket so far despite people being active at the booth. Does anyone else have any experience with this? I'm assuming it would be better to get the pass, but it doesn't hurt to hear other people's experiences.

Is there anyone in the sub who could tell me about the MS (or MBA) in Food Studies program? This is a small sub so it's a small chance anyone is in the program. I am a pastry cook considering going back to school and Saint Joseph's Ms is Food Marketing is one program I'm considering.
Time: 2 p.m.

The app is called Coursicle, it's on iOS and Android. Spring 2020 is now up.
Loved what i saw tonight. Future is bright for Saint Joseph’s hoops.
So earlier in the month I was caught bringing alc into Rashford. The RA said since it was my first offense it wouldn’t be a big deal. Since then I have just received an email saying I will get a written warning if I do not go to a hearing.
So my questions are:
Would the “written warning” go on my permanent record or would it be an informal warning?
And what would a hearing be like and what would I have to say to defend myself?
