Does anyone have any experience with returns for the Taylor Swift online store? I ordered an Eras sweater, it arrived with a tear in the front shoulder. I'm Canadian and didn't buy from the US store.

The hoodie arrived Dec 23, I reached out to uMusic/ZenDesk on Jan 14 (traveling for the holidays, plus my beloved fur baby passed suddenly in early Jan). They warned that any new emails would push my message back in the queue, but I reached out on Jan 22 anyway. I just don't want them to run out the clock on me when I reached out to customer service in time.

Any advice would be helpful! It wasn't a cheap sweater, so I'm a little frustrated with this process. Thank you! 🫶

Hey guys! My best friend started up a small business selling oils/perfume but she doesn't use a ton of social media and asked if I could help spread the word around. I personally bought a few and really love the scents she came up with, especially the blueberry pie one. Her store is very TS coded with the name being Enchanted Earth Oils and some of the oil names being "Old Fashioned," "Purple Fringe," "North Carolina" that is very willow inspired, and "Sunday Best" that has cherry and tobacco notes matching TTPD aesthetic. She is trying to be pretty vague with the names as to not run in to any copyright infringement, if you guys have any feedback or suggestions let me know and I'll pass it on to her!

i got my lover cardigan in the mail today in an XS and its so big! its my first cardigan so i didnt know how the sizing would go. its cozy tho so im happy with it!

Personally, I'm an XL/2XL in regular clothes and I'm always so hung up on how I want my cardigans to fit. In the folklore and lover I have them in both M/L and XL/2XL but I cannot decide which size I prefer! XL/2XL is so cozy and oversized, but M/L may look better to wear out.

So I'm curious, how do your prefer your fit? Oversized or more like a sweater/fitted size? :)

(I also told myself I would only keep one lover but can't bring myself to pick one)

I know how much we all loved the eras tour and wish we could go back, I am not sure if anyone would be interested in it, I have a sealed copy of the eras tour vinyl that my mom got me for Xmas, she didn't know I already had a copy, and was curious if anyone was interested in purchasing the extra copy.
