Despite SRW UX being one of my favorite game, one thing that bother me is how dumb it is to get the secret characters. Many of these secrets require you to have unrealistic amount of kill on your first playthrough which encourages you to game over grind and there is the fact specific route has to be taken which would only net you one secret per play through. I know they can be carried over but playing over 10 time for every secret is painful. At least BX secrets are way easier to obtain since they are required for the true ending

Hi, just started SRW UX and having a good time. The story seems decently written, and the bad guy this time being some alien lifeform continually asking 'is someone there' and corrupting the mind of anyone who answers brings back some X-Files vibes to me.

I was looking at the akurasu in regards to the usual Full Upgrade Bonus, but that didn't seem to exist. Instead, I found this list here.

Am I to understand, this is the stand-in for FUB this game? I assume there must be some new system coming up (I'm only on Scenario 3). Can anyone who has played UX fill me in on how exactly to better understand this? It seems to me that depending on the partner they are paired with, their upgrades differs.

Additionally, also looking at the Upgrade Carryover list, am I correct in understanding that it is a one-to-one exchange? (You don't get to keep old mechs)

I've got a fan idea floating in my head and while I already know how some series are going to be linked, I might find hearing good samples of how the games have done it will give me some inspiration. I've only played 30 so far.

I was wondering if this was a good idea? this is literally the first intermission. If not could you give me some suggestions?

Just curious because I was just reading about how the game has some infamous bugs where if Demonbane and Master Therion use the Shining move against each other, the game instantly freezes up.

About to get SRW 30. I played and completed 100 percent Gundam SD G Generation Crossrays and Genesis. Does it play similar or is it completely different and harder? Is it farm and grind heavy? And is there anything I need to know?

Also most importantly, so I need to watch the shows that appear in the game? The ones that I already know of are: Code Geass, Gridman, Sakura Wars, and literally all the Gundam shows. If there’s any shows I should watch that would make my experience in 30 better?

Anyone have any working files for this? Was trying to play around with some max money stuff to mess with a few worse mechs to make my backup units more viable, but couldn't get it to work

[Notice] All of the work I was in charge of for the smartphone app "Super Robot Wars DD" (scenario writing, robot battle animation and graphic supervision, and work related to Super Robot Wars OG that appears in Super Robot Wars DD) will be handed over to the development staff from November 1, 2024. I have already taken a step back from the management and development of Super Robot Wars DD, but I will continue to work as the series supervisor and work related to Super Robot Wars OG (as I posted just before, I was supervising OG today), so I would like to ask for your continued support of the Super Robot Wars series.

I've beat SRW 4, A Portable, R and D. But neither includued a Scirocco fight. I'm planning a headcanon play marathon and I have those games:

Across all mainline SRWs, what is the 2nd strongest MC mech in term of gameplay? The reason why I wrote 2nd strongest because the strongest is obviously Valzagard. Also, Neo Granzon from SRW EX doesn't count as that one is a cheat code

Doing a playthrough now after years of not playing this game (I waited until I forgot the finer parts of the story), and I was wondering if there are any unit and mech combos that you guys swear by. Bonus points for super unusual assignments (like not the mech they come with) and ya know, also bonus points if there are people who you swear by being in the mech the game puts them in (like Kyosuke in Alteisen, I guess).

Additionally, outside of SP Regen, are there any skills you'd for sure go for on everyone?
