Does anyone know of a website or a doc or anything like that? I've been looking but to no avail!
Super GT is easily my favorite motorsport, I know motorsport.tv has probably a contract with streaming the races but the fact that we cannot hear about GT500 or GT300 outside of this at all kinda baffles me. Like, where I live I have never ever met somebody who knows about Super GT in my life, despite many of them were considering themselves motorsport fans (F1, F1, F1).
I watch plenty of motorsport and car culture related shows/series and those don't mention it either, even the ones that are supposed to cover and present all kinds of motorsports. The only Super GT related content I have ever seen in my country's language was an Eneos ad where the Eneos X Prime Supra was shown for like 0.5 seconds.
Though I'm pretty sure many people would actually be interested because let's be fair, Super GT has the most intense racing and plenty of unique cars right now.
Has any kind of media from your country ever included or mentioned Super GT?
I’ve always been confused about this. It seems like an interesting system that definitely helps with making the car more competitive, but I can’t find anything much about how it is used in practice.
How much power does it add? How much of the lap is it ran for? Does it run on the rear axle? Things like this are things that would be cool to know more about.
I love Mazda's cars and was wondering if they would ever join. I'm very new to the Super GT championship so don't know how things work yet but, I thought if Mazda are willing they could build an MX5 racecar as there is the GR86 which is similar. Mazda also have Mazda Spirit Racing so... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Also whats the point of Mazda Spirit Racing? it doesn't seem like they actually race or is it just a concept?
I am making a 3D model of the 2008-2013 Nissan R35 GT-R GT500 however I cannot find any pictures of the interior of the car to use as reference images.
