/r/SuggestedSubreddits
A subreddit for suggestions of unappreciated (<5,000 Subscribers), high quality or well-managed subreddits. Great for new Redditors to find subreddits that interest them or for experienced Redditors looking to discover something new.
We are currently accepting self-promotions. However, this may change further down the line as I'll hold a vote as to whether or not self-promotions should be allowed on this sub.
A subreddit for suggestions of unappreciated (<5,000 Subscribers), high quality or well-managed subreddits. Great for new Redditors to find subreddits that interest them or for experienced Redditors looking to discover something new.
My aim is to make this sub more about unbiased suggestions than just self-promotions. This way it will be unique and different from a lot of other promotion subreddits (hence the vote when we hit 150 subscribers). So posting suggestions is much more important to me than self-promotions.
I am new to managing a subreddit so please bare with me and I apologise for any inconvenience. Enjoy!
PLEASE READ THE RULES!
Rules:
Try not to repost Subreddits that have already been suggested.
Tag NSFW subreddits as NSFW posts.
Try to give a clear reason for suggesting a subreddit.
Tag subreddit suggestions that you own or moderate with the [Own Sub] flair (this may change further down the line as I'll hold a vote as to whether or not self-promotions should be a thing)

Hey all, I saw there was a lack of fossil hunting subs for the U.S. Midwestern region, so I figured I'd change that today! The new sub is called r/midwestfossils. I hope to see you soon!
Noticing that my boyfriend and I are having the same recommended accounts pop up on our pages? Or pages that I follow (even same posts) have started popping up on his home page. How does this happen?
R/bodyadvice is the place to ask all your questions about your body, and you are allowed to post pics of every part of your body!
And because people are allowed to post pics of their genitalia, the sub is marked as 18+
Hi, so I'm looking for books that play out around 1000-1400.
Books I've already read and liked(in order of how much I liked them):
Ken Follett - Kingsbridge
Umberto Eco - The Name of the Rose
The Physician - Noah Gordon
Paulo Coelho - The Alchemist
Ian Mortimer - The Time Traveller's Guide to Medieval England: A Handbook for Visitors to the Fourteenth Century
Michael Crichton - Timeline
Most Bernard Cornwell
Very specific but it should be easy to recommend if I've missed a good one. Thanks.
