Did you know there are 3 distinct styles of stringing? Or that pocket break in shouldn't take more than 30-60 seconds? Have questions about dying heads and gear? Well you've come to the right place!

Prestrung recommendations

I am the gear manager for my son’s rec club in a non-hotbed area. We also don’t have many stringers around. We like to advise people, especially new families on gear recommendations. We are big on advising kids get a stick that throws well. Our past recommendations on introductory complete sticks tended to be String King complete 2 Intermediate, ECD Bravo 1, and Powell Scout or Switchback. We haven’t really pushed more advanced heads but that may be an area we should address. I know Sidewall Jedi also has a store with obviously well strung heads. I would also assume custom heads from ECD and SK are well strung but I don’t know that 1st hand. Are there companies I’m missing or do you have feelings about the ones I’ve listed? Thanks for any feedback.

Stringking mark 2 women's

Hey need some help. I just bought this Mark 2 women's head. And I was wondering if anyone have some nice pattern pics they could send me. Not stringing it myself but sending the pics to an experienced stringer I know. Looking for a mid or high pocket. All help is appreciated.

Adjusting to less whip

I’ve been using a stick that has a very decent amount of whip and I’ve loved it because of how fast and accurate I’ve been able to shoot, but just recently when I’ve been trying to get passes off I’ve noticed the ball sometimes hooks to the ground, and I have to really focus on my passing, and I want to try to adjust to a less whip stick. I shot around with a college players stick and it had like no whip, and I’m wondering if that’s the way really good players have their sticks. As of right now, I really like passing with minimal whip sticks, but shooting is so incredibly difficult. Any tips on how I can adjust better to a less whip stick?

Tried to copy Sidewall Jedi’s pattern and color from one of his IG post

Definitely glad I stole the color scheme, these colors really pop together. Gator style.

This is Brine Edge Plus. The mesh that came in it was god awful so had to free hand something to hopefully get it sold..

It needs some tensioning and shooters then its ready for a new home

Thank you for the inspiration sir

Any tips?

I’m currently stringing a tank 2 and it’s going well, other than the fact I can’t seem to get the pocket as deep as I like. i usually don’t have this problem but I can’t seem to get that little bit of extra depth I usually string my heads with.

Can you string a stick with too much tension?

I was just wondering if there is such a thing as too much tension in the knots when stringing. I always hear about knots not being tight enough but can they be too tight?

Is the mark 2a low pocket good for what I need?

I want a stick that allows me to fake and dodge switch hands but I also need it to have a strong release

All string masters I need your help

Hello, thank you for coming here to help. I'm 15 Ive played box lacrosse my whole life and some hockey. Anyways I just started playing field last year. I have realized that kids shoot real hard and fast in field lacrosse like wild side arms etc. I have never strung a stick in my life so I know nothing about what makes sticks good. I want a stick that has a quick and strong release almost like a whip. I hear that a high pocket will give me that desired feel. But I don't know. I hope this makes sense!

Dye Wizards - A Question on Heat

I got this fancy heat gun at Home Depot and it has seven different temperature settings. What temp do you use to get your vinyl to stick nicely and prevent bleed. I’m guessing the low is a bit too low, and the high would turn my head into an acid trip, so tips are appreciated!

It's been a week since we launched the RC1, our first lacrosse stick, and we wanted to address some of the most common questions we've received:

  • How’s the quality given the price?
    • Our goal was to create an elite product at a price everyone could afford. Our heads were tested by a D1 program this spring season. The shafts are made from a 7,000 series alloy with added titanium and scandium, weighing in at 165g without the butt end. These are the same shafts that other companies sell for over $100.
  • Is this really your first lacrosse stick?
    • Yes! Although we've been supporting teams for over 10 years, the RC1 is our very first lacrosse stick. We partnered with 5Lax to help design and source our manufacturers.
  • Are ReLax Collections and Re-Lax Sports Co. the same?
    • No, we're a nonprofit that has just released our first head. Re-Lax Sports Co. was a for-profit company that sold heads made from recycled plastic.
  • Do you offer international shipping?
    • We’re in the process of setting that up. As this is our first head, we’re still working out some of the details.
  • Will you be making a women's stick?
    • Our goal is to release an elite women's stick at a similar price shortly!
