On South Tryon north of Whitehall Park Drive. I was just driving by and saw it, I don’t know when they’re opening.

I’m new to the area and live in the Steele Creek/Yorkshire/Fort Mill area. Other than Spring Market where can I find fresh boiled peanuts?
Why does it always smell like used cooking oil by Westinghouse blvd and South Tryon? The smell seemed stronger yesterday and I was even getting whiffs of the same scent near Rivergate.
