I'm on the hunt for a good Enterprise Uniform/Jumpsuit replica since Anovos no longer exists. Most of the ones I've come across are too bright or look extremely cheap/flimsy.
I welcome any links or recommendations of any private and reputable sellers as well.
I've been trying to find the uniforms from those alternate timelines but I've only been able to find janeway's admiral outfit from Endgame.
Question
Has anyone ordered the replica Strange New Worlds boots from Cosemart? How are they?
I just can't swing the budget for the Fluevog's.
I've found this jacket on a variety of shops (not just etsy), they all seem to come from Pakistan, so I think they're from the same factory. Although some claim to be made to order and ask for your measurements. I was just curious if anyone has every purchased this jacket, what it the quality was, and where you ordered it from. I'm hopeful that I can get it in time for Halloween this year, but if not, I still think it's a cool jacket I'll probably wear through the winter.
Any information y'all might have would be very appreciated.
I am seriously considering getting this uniform jacket from Cosermart: https://cosermart.com/products/star-trek-the-next-generation-tng-captain-picard-duty-uniform-jacket-tng-red-costume-halloween-cosplay-costume?variant=21317983895611
However, my past experience with similar producers tells me that the uniform on the photo and the thing you get in your mailbox often differ quite a bit. I've heard good things about Cosermart which is why I am considering this, but I would really like to hear or see from someone who actually purchased this specific piece. Anyone?
I aksed on Facebook what kind of black pants I should get for a Lower Decks costume. Someone responded that it's a fictional show and I could use any black pants. Obviously not a cosplayer!
So, what black pants should I use. Should I try to find some without pockets? Is there a certain material I should look for? Should I go for a skinny fit? Let me know what you think! Thanks!
Where do you owe you all go to get t o s area uniform boots?
Hi you fantastic ST cosplayers!
I'm putting together my Halloween costume for a SNW era comms officer, but I'm having a lot of difficulty finding the cool new take on uhura's classic TOS earpiece that is used by comms officers in Strange New Worlds. Any ideas where i could find something like that? I'll probably find some cheap silver bluetooth earbud and end up using that, but I would love something that looks more authentic.
So, I'm trying to out together a TOS captains or maybe commodore uniform. I think I have the badges on their way, but where can I source a spoil of ranking ribbon and a standard yellow, olive oil gold fabric for the shirt that will look more in sink with most others out there for when I wear it out in the future?
I was wondering if anyone knows where I can get a cheap monster maroon uniform?
Hi all, I didn't see anything about this elsewhere on the sub. The boots worn on SNW are made by Fluevog, and they are available for purchase! Well, they were on pre-sale recently, and they'll be on general sale this fall. They're extremely expensive but perhaps someone really wants an accurate uniform, so I figured I'd share.

I just found this sub and love it. I'm not doing cosplay much, but wanted a uniform to wear to conventions and the like.
I just bought a Captain Pike command shirt from ebay and was surprised by how nice it was.
And now I'm looking for pants. The pants on the show seem to be a combination of cycling pants (Pike seems to have some texture to them), tights, and whatever you call what they wore on TNG.
I actually have a pair of Frye calvary boots, but they are brown. But I'm tempted to go with brown pants because the boots are already broken in and I'm reluctant to buy a pair or black ones. But if I find the right pair of pants, I just might!
I did a quick re-colour in Microsoft Paint on the Picard uniforms. While I like the shows' take on the uniforms, I think I like this colour scheme better.
My wife is currently finishing up a piece she was commissioned to replicate from the Star Trek Online game, and after seeing it come together and the work that has gone into it, I've noticed that the uniforms in that game are absolutely mind-blowing. I was trying to figure out which of their artists is responsible for the uniforms specifically, but can't really come up with it searching online. Does anyone here happen to know?
I realized a few months ago that I'm an adult and can spend money on whatever the crap I want - so I've been buying all the Star Trek badges that I never had as a kid (but always wanted).
Â
No more cardboard and tinfoil badges taped or stapled to my shirt, quality metal magnets/pins are the way to go! Here's an (outdated) picture of some of the ones I've gotten (I think I have twice as many as this now?); I've taken to wearing as many of them as will fit on my lab coat at work, so I don't have all of them in one place at any one time.
Â
I've also cut "backplates" out of sheet metal and gotten better pin-keeper-back-things, so they stay flush on clothes, as well as putting sticky-back velvet or spraying plasti-dip on the backs to keep them from wiggling. It's ridiculous, I know, but I'm having the time of my life.
Â
In any case, I've been hunting around the internet for basically every variation I can find, and I've come across several that I can't identify or am not 100% sure of (see red highlights), not to mention several that I can't find for sale anywhere, or can't find any further information about. I know some are fan badges, and some are from the comics, but I can't seem to pin (ha) anything down.
EDIT: Here's an updated version, with more knowns/unknowns and some numbers to help with identification.
Â
I found most of these particular ones in one image from some random image site (Google reverse-search turns up nothing), and I've added in a bunch more (though I'm not very good at editing - I really butchered the Phoenix "Happy Holidays" one).
Â
For example, these and these are some that I found on Ebay. They're very high-quality, and some even have character serial numbers and things on the back. I thought some of them were just from FanSets or QMx, but they're different from those, and none of them have any branding on them at all. The seller claims that they're used badges from cons from his personal collection, but he relisted exactly the same sets after I bought some from him, and didn't respond to any of my messages.
Â
Anyone have any ideas about any of these?
