I work armed security and have chosen the echelon to be my sidearm. The gun is stone cold reliable and fucking flawless, no matter what I do to it . Do yall have the same sentiments? Or would you choose a different gun for this line of work ?

Does anyone know if this model of the Hellcat will be on the roster for California?

I’ve had my hellcat pro for about 2 months and have over 1000 rounds thru it and was wondering if I added a comp to it would it reduce the amount of recoil noticeably to warrant the 250? Ik that it’s snapper that it’s full sized counterparts but it feels like my shot group isn’t getting any tighter especially when shooting with speed. Any help is appreciated

After about a year my 5” Prodigy stopped locking back while using Springfield Prodigy specific magazines direct from Springfields website.

At this point I had purchased 6 20rnd and 2 26rnd magazines, so I wasn’t a fan of upgrading to staccato or another brand of magazines, you’re talking hundreds of dollars. I took a shot at Atlas Gunworks spring and +1 followers and they work like a charm. $20 upgrade for each mag, much better than $60-$80 for new mags.

I'm looking at the RFX 11 for my HCP and Im curious if anyone here has an opinion (lol) about the model or the company's products.
Little bit of background: My HCP came with a Crimson Trace red dot. I struggled with it. I have an astigmatism and the red dot looked like a blurry starburst. Taking someone's advised I took a photo of the dot to see if it was my eyes or the optic. Sure enough the pic was a circular dot, it was my eyes. Since then I've been practicing with the iron sights and am pretty good to 10 yards. I don't expect to need much more distance, though I would like to be accurate as far as I can, but I am interested in speed. In my research I have found that the green dot is a better optic for those with astigmatism. This has brought me to ask the question posted.

Anyone have a good recommendation on bright fiber optics for a hellcat OSP? I’m getting my slide sent in for some window cuts in which they’ll have to remove the rear and front sights and notated that there’s a big chance the factory sights will break.

Looking to get my hellcat slide cut not for optics or even buy another pre-cut hellcat OSP slide. Anyone know have a good site or know a reliable and non-expensive place?

I just picked up a brand new TRP. About how many rounds did it take for yours to break in? I like mine a lot but have been experiencing random failure to feeds. If I shoot 100 rounds I might have about five failures. Other than that the gun runs great!

I zeroed my Viridian Green Dot RFX11 on my Hellcat Pro. It was the first time shooting this gun. I loved it. Perfect zero groupings on the zero target (both at 10 and 15 yds, with my arms supported on the case). As many complained before, the trigger is too rough. My index finger hurts and the worst part, even after I perfectly zeroed the gun, shooting freely showed me a clear "down and to the left" spread of the shots (as in this picture). I blame it on the trigger (my wife was not even able to shoot more than 3 times and gave up, the trigger was too strong for her fingers). I am now considering replacing the trigger, which acts more like a safety lever than anything.

What whould be the best trigger brand/model to go for? I thought Apex but then some people in this sub disagreed, so I am looking for any other options right now.

I'm wanting to add a sight onto my Springfield Echelon but the VIS pins are all sold out. Anyone know anywhere that has them in stock or how often Springfield restocks VIS pins?
