Bought the new Prodigy 3.5’ compact yesterday. Took it out to the range today and had numerous failure to feed issues. Is anyone having these same issues or found a fix?

looking to get a SpringField Hellcat Pro Comp for EDC, any recommendations for optics? as well as suggestions for lights that work with holsters? heard the tlr 7 sub is a good choice

I have a xdm45 4.5 that I purchased not long after they first came out, 2012ish. I've been thinking of getting a xdm elite 10mm. Can I just get the 10mm barrel and magazine and pop them in the body and give it go?

I understand that the prodigy compact just came out. I have a 5 inch version that I absolutely love and I compensated it. This is my EDC, but I would like the compact version. I want to hold off on getting the compact if they are going to make a compensated version of it. I wanted other people’s opinions if you think Springfield will make a prodigy compact compensated version and if so, when do you think they will release it? I contacted Springfield Armory support and they told me that support does not know what is in the pipeline from the sales team.

But did I want one of these? Totally. SA-35.

I’m thinking about picking this up. Wanting a small carry gun. I know Springfield does Gear-Up promos and wasn’t sure if it’s worth grabbing or holding off. Thanks!

Would changing the Emissary stock trigger to the Wilson Combat Competition Match trigger change the pull weight? I know it’s adjustable for pre travel and such, but not sure about pull weight. Thanks in advance.

Caved and bought an Echelon the optic is a cyelee wolf 2-g if the optic ends up being trash I'm gonna return it but I've heard some pretty good things about it. Do you guys trust the loctite that comes preinstalled on the optic screws or do you think I should take it back off wipe the screws and add some fresh loctite?

Looking to get a pistol to conceal and carry and want a springfield but unsure on the caliber yet. Is this 9mm a good deal from my local shop?Emissary 9mm for $788.

I just bought a Trex holster, but accidentally got a 4” holster instead of a 4.5” Now my options would be

1. Buy a new holster
2. Cut the kydex if the 4.5 won’t sit fully
3. Buy a 4.0c
4. Make a 4.0c

I’m personally inclined to just make one. I’m a smaller guy, and don’t mind swapping the internals. After all, the selling point is that the FCG is exchangeable, but I haven’t been able to find where to buy slides. Can you buy slides yet and it’s just buried? Or are they still to new to be able to buy slides

Wasn’t ever much of a 1911DS/2011 kind of guy. Was very happy with my mid priced striker fired handguns. Always thought the platform was cool but didn’t feel a drive to get one. Then, I walked into the F’n LGS and this hoe was winking at me. Debated. Considered. Showed the wife. She showed up today and handed her over. I’ve thoroughly cleaned and oiled her after 1000 lapping slide racks. Slide moves like butter already. Cleaned again and oiled. Grabbed about seven different ammos to choke her with and see what she prefers. Optic plate ordered. Magwell decided on. Provided I like how she shoots with the optic, I’ll definitely be decking her out. I have the absolute best wife. Period. Off to the range!

Each of them has a metal baseplate. I like chill feeling on them hehe

So I’m planning to get an echelon within the next two months, and I’m a big fan of the design, especially the ambi mag and slide releases as I’m left handed. I was wondering if any left handed carriers would be willing to share their experiences. TIA

I currently own a black on black mod 2 and I know they used to make a “silver” slide for it but I can not find it anywhere. Does anyone know where I might be able to find one?

For those of you with Prodigies, what is your favorite trigger? I strayed and went with a MAC 9 DS but I am doing a prodigy grip swap and would like a new trigger, I was told Red Dirt was a good one and after seeing their adjustment system I kind of like it, just wondering if there are others you guys like besides Atlas.

I’m interested in replacing the Echelon ambi mag release with a single sided release. I’m not looking to extend the release and was hoping someone could provide some insight as to which single sided mag release is the least extended. I’ve been looking at the Tyrant, NDZ and Apex offerings, but am open to any quality options. The Apex website is clear that it “extends .060” at the highest point of the grip shield on the frame” but the others are less clear. Anyone happen to know what single sided release out there is the shortest?
