Works with Google Drive and gives precise page level answers to your questions in natural language. Currently runs as Slack app and working on Chrome extension.
Would nurses find value in an Apple Watch app that enables voice-to-text charting, automatically identifying room numbers from transcriptions? This app would compile a comprehensive list of patient charts on their iPhone, allowing for streamlined review and completion of charting tasks later in their shift. Obviously this is all HIPPA compliant.
Build a two way marketplace web application. Here's how it works.
Fashion retails (wearables products like shirts and shoes) enroll their product in this website or a scraper scrapes trending products from amazon/flipkart.
Website lists all products and a CTA to try out. Each user has limited tokens. They can use the tokens to try the wearable using AI. They upload a picture and AI generates an image of them wearing the product.
I can take care of the full-stack app. Anyone up to build the AI part? comment/dm
It's a good implementation and marketing that matters here. The idea is good imo.
Additionally, you can add a schedule so you can schedule certain apps to turn on or turn off and re-add their permissions automatically. The purpose is that we want to use apps on our phone but we don't always want to give them permission and we don't always want them to be sucking up the internet.
Since different people have different needs, some prefer (1.) sweet, funny, and relatable tone, almost with a motherly touch. Others need (2.) quick, technical responses that get straight to the point.
For some, sweet-talking tone feels fake, condescending, wasting precious time. ( I´m thinking about Etsy here, they´re very hard to watch or read sometimes).
For others, straight to the point messages may feel unwelcoming, boring.
It would be helpful to have options, so people can choose the style of assistance that suits them best.
Bot 1 could be providing Fluff + info
Bot 2 only Info
A Chrome extension that analyzes packaged foods to see if they’re safe for you, highlighting any ingredients that could be harmful (or any allergens, personalized response for you). It would provide all that data with references and suggest better, natural alternatives to the product.
Do you have any other features in mind?
Would you use it?
As an AI-powered software developer, I'm constantly faced with the challenge of prompt engineering. Tweaking prompts and tracking which ones work best across different models is a tedious but necessary task.
I envision an open-source tool that could streamline this process by providing the following key features:
The goal would be to give developers better confidence when pushing AI-powered features to production by providing a comprehensive prompt engineering and management solution.
This seems like a common pain point in the AI/software development community that could really benefit from an open, community-driven tool. I don't have the bandwidth to take this on myself, but I'm hoping someone in this subreddit is interested in making it a reality!
Please let me know if you're passionate about prompt engineering and want to build a tool like this. Even if it's just discussing ideas and requirements, I'd love to collaborate and get the ball rolling on this project.
If there's something like this already please let me know, I've had no luck in finding it.
I was too young to really experience the warm cozy heyday of cable TV and nowadays its really bad, who wants to watch 50 State Farm ads and then a random episode of The Office followed by GI Joe: Retaliation? When I have a day off all I want to do is watch TV and movies but this would be a program for lazy people like me who overthink what to watch when handed the remote and just want stuff on 24/7.
I want to wake up in the morning on a weekend and have a cartoon or TV show I love already on. I'd like that to keep playing until around 1PM then I'd like my TV or computer to start playing movies by random from a list of acceptable shuffle movies. Perfect background fuzz I can pay attention to if I want to or just do something busy while its on. You should be able to make your own programming schedule and have a certain thing come on at a certain time, or bounce back from different TV shows, or just set it to completely random.
Would be especially awesome if I could connect it to my Letterboxd account with a 3000+ watchlist. That way you could play by genre, have service filters, only play movies from a certain decade the whole day.
Not a programmer by any means but I would pay good money for even a crappy prototype of this.
Somebody please make an extension that, whenever the user clicks on "reply" to a comment, there's a huge flashing red popup on the screen with whatever text the user sets. A self-reminder for impulsive people to not get dragged into dumb arguments, don't feed the trolls, or you might be talking to bots anyway.
Built in camera, controllable with WiFi. Has some kind of reservoir that holds all the needed wet food for how long you will be gone.
The idea is to create an app that helps you manage your finances and personal health without feeling overwhelmed. I want to make it as user-friendly as possible—think of it as a gentle nudge in your pocket
Your feedback would mean a lot to me! Thanks for taking the time to read this, and I’m excited to hear what you think!
Cheers!
it would save a lot of time!
Scent free washing detergent and then a range of different fragrance capsules where you choose the fragrance and pop it in the washing machine. Could be masculine, feminine or neutral scent and could be already popular fragrances. Would give extra choice.
Is your dog tired of the everyday kibble? Are they reluctant to take their medicine, even when mixed in their food? Imagine their reaction when in just a couple spritz’s, their food now tastes like a pumpkin spice latte, apples & peanut butter, or last night’s meatloaf!
Has anyone tried a product like this? Is this something dog owners would be interested in?
Preferably on the north-side, a windowless room with a 1 cm round hole to the outside and white wall on the inside for projection.
Way to plug or reduce diameter of the hole. Made to the concrete in casting phase.
Picture of outside scenery shows upside down and looks kind of amazing in ways that are hard to explain. Needs sunny day.
5 meters between hole and white wall. Most walls, ceiling and floor should be dark.
Where you’d put money into it let’s say 100$, and the only way to get it back is to do stuff like chores.
A PBS children's show about the joys of picking up and being well-organized: Utilitubbies
Does anyone also have the problem that when they are working out they find to have great ideas but no way to mark them down?
I usually cycle outside, so no way to stop all the time and write notes or to do's - and while cycling is too dangerous.

Hey, everyone! I’m toying with the idea of creating a website that lets users relive memories of their favorite places. Here’s how it would work:
You enter a location.
Hit "search," and the website pulls up nostalgic images from that location (ideally from Google Maps' contributed photos).
The images would focus on showing the place as it was 10, 15, or even 20 years ago (depending on what's available).
I personally find it fascinating to see how much a location changes over time. For example, looking back at the main street in my hometown or old photos of popular landmarks really stirs up some good memories. I’m curious to know if others feel the same and would be interested in using a platform like this.
Would you guys use it? Any feedback on how to make it even better?
I'm planning to build an app that helps users find all the materials needed for DIY projects from popular YouTube videos. The app will provide information on where to purchase these materials online, if possible, as well as their costs. Would you find this useful, and what pricing model would be favorable?
Would you use an chrome extension which shows your video and shorts watched count for youtube ?
It is an extension for me cuz I found myself watching a ton of videos without noticing and wanted to know how much do I watch.
Would you consider paying small amount like 3 bucks a month for an app that shows your youtube tracks on videos and shorts (Count and durations).
Would probably increase the cost if you add classification of videos by type as well.
My aging mother is a hoarder. She has a big house FULL of junk. My in-laws aren't much better. I've seen the way this junk impacts their lives. I've tried to help them clean it out for years without much luck. Our sessions often end with them saying "Oh, don't throw that out, I know just the place to put it" and then they simply move it to another room.
I wish there was a way to sit our parents down and just show them each item one by one, and make them say yes/no without giving them the chance to get up and place it anywhere. Maybe there could be: If I were to photograph every piece of junk and put it in a Tinder-like interface, our parents could swipe left on things and they legitimately don't need/want, and I'd have buy-in to throw it out.
Some reasons I think this could work:
Things you may be wondering:
Won't they just swipe right on everything? No. Hoarders don't have an emotional attachment to every single thing they own. I think they have a fear of space. If you can show them the junk without the context of space, they can see it for what it is. Plus, we could gamify it with a running score/tally that shows exactly how many items they're choosing to keep, and help shame them into more left swipes
Wouldn't it be faster to just show them the objects in person? Sadly no. There's an expression, "No one who can read has ever successfully cleaned out an attic." (because they end up picking up books/magazines and reading through them.) I have to stop them from engaging with this junk and simply decide. Reducing these objects to mere photos on their phones removes some of the sentimentality that comes with holding/seeing it in person. So photographing these objects isn't just faster; it might be the only way this works at all.
Are you really going to photograph EVERY piece of junk? Maybe not! Maybe I only do a quarter of it, and then they get swipe fatigue/realize how much stuff they have, and give up and say "throw the rest out"
Is this something someone could make?
Like a mask or something that goes around your mouth, think a bane mask but not as silly looking. I know that Stenomask is a thing but the sound quality on those is not very professional. I just get self concious when people in my house can hear me so I can't go as hard.
Any web exists out there? If no, will you use it if I build?
Would like to hear more about features you want to have on it.
This is prototype:
This browser plugin would replace existing tabs preview to something that is mainly keyboard oriented. You do not manage tabs anymore, you simply search it up. I am a developer and I use neovim (an IDE) telescope to fuzzy find my files in a project. I could develop a plugin where a keyboard shortcut opens up a small search and preview box as an overlay which open a new tab if that site you entered does not exist. Otherwise, open the alive tab. Does this seem any better than how current tab management? Open to proposals on how you would like to manage your tabs. I personally find managing tabs in browser takes so much of my mental attention while using it. I have tried grouping tabs and using a vertical sidebar as well.
Something like Openlib, but with support for other sites too, and not just a phone app. For example you choose in settings the sources (well known shadow libraries, maybe opencalibre, ideally the ability to add more sites/opds), and then search and get the results in a nice looking grid with covers. Since one books can be on a lot of sites, you could display it once and then let the user choose which format and from where he wants to download.
I think it could even be useful if it didn't let you download, but at least gave you direct links. This way you could see quickly which sites have it and in which format. But with downloading it would be so good. Especially if bulk downloading/queue were added.
Considering the legal side, I think using the API of shadow libraries shouldn't be too damning? But I'm not an expert ofc.
Hello everyone.
I'm currently looking for a platform in the US that is similar to Corporate Benefits in the EU.
In aa glance, it is a platform that employers sign their employees on and each employee benefits from a monthly budget where he can spend on selected brands.
For example:
These are just examples of what an employee can do of his own accord. Every month he gets a budget of for example $50; that he can also stack into the next month; and he can spend on whatever is in the store.
Does something like this exist in US?
I’m working on an ML model that can detect the likelihood of a site being suspect based on various features. I’m thinking of deploying this as a product in the form of a browser plugin to warn you before you open a suspect site. Would people use this?
Hey Reddit!
I'm exploring an idea for a digital product and would love some feedback from this awesome community! The concept centers on helping people build healthy, balanced meals effortlessly. Here’s the gist:
The Idea: A curated shopping list of healthy foods, plus recipes based on those ingredients that include a visual plate portion guide. The plate guide would be divided into portions for each food group (e.g., protein, carbs, veggies) so users can see balanced servings at a glance.
Thanks so much for any input – I really want to make something useful for people trying to stay healthy without all the planning stress!
