How i can do this in 2022?
I REALLY hate to give up softimage even almost ten years later.
What I'd LOVE is for autodesk to do an update once every ten years just to keep it working and make some much needed features added.
for example, I'd love to get rid of the quick time rendering and go to mp4 so I can finally ditch quicktime software. I'd love a draw verticies feature, so I can draw the lines rather than click in all the lines individual.
Mesh fixing would also be welcome. sigh.
Do any of you have such a subj bundle? I can't get a working XSI on the latest versions of Mint.
I'm looking for licenses between 2010 and 2015. Please PM me if you have one and are willing to sell it to me. Thanks!
Hey guys, I know there is not a lot going on in this sub but here goes: I have got a rig that upon opening gives me this error: # ERROR : 2356 - This plug-in is not installed: nest_interpose_op
Unfortunately I can't reach the artist who made it and googling for it literally literally gave me not a single result. Has anyone of you heard from that plugin and might be able to point me in the right direction?
I installed this software in hope of using a VERY outdated plug-in. The plug-in exports objects to .nj or .nja format to my understanding.
The problem is I cannot get it to work. Here are the files, where do I put them? What do I do with them?
thanks !

This is a introductory video from ibbraXsi which gives a look at his approach before starting a model, his UI and keyboard shortcuts.
His videos are pretty old but maybe a kick in views will motivate him to make more videos :)
I was following this tutorial:

I freeze the stack... and the last part(s) are lost on me. I simply can't tweak the head to make it look like the one in the image. And extruding an polygon for the eyes looks completely different on my screen.
If anyone could point out where I'm going wrong or maybe record a quick video showing a step-by-step, I'd be very thankful.
(I've ordered some DVD's off Amazon to assist in my learning as I'm still pretty new to all this but love making stuff.)
Of the eight subs, how many of you are still around and active?
