I'm trying to mail candy bars to the EU from the USA. The post office says the recipient will have to pay $112 to receive the items because candy is a restricted item. How do you do it cheaply?

I have access to Latin American foods, but not a ton! Asian foods as well but once more not a ton. There’s a lot of regional snacks, and different items where I live, like jams, crackers, ( those one drink powder things?? I don’t know what they’re called )

I know it's kinda gross, but I love it and it's been years since I had some easy cheese. Closest thing we have here is cheeze whiz but it just hits slightly different. I am willing to trade a whole box of Canadian goodies such as ketchup and all dressed chips, Maltesers, wine gums, coffee crisps, or anything you can think of really.
