Listen. This is gonna sound insane I know. But I get sleep paralysis attacks, and I honestly look forward to it sometimes. Know why? I kid you not, it feels like I'm getting head. Very real sensations. On my LIFE I had to share this with it's SOMEBODY because it full on feels like I'm getting fingered. Feels awesome can't lie but it makes me wonder things. Can someone explain this?
I experience sleep paralysis pretty regularly, usually accompanied by non-threatening auditory hallucinations. But I was just thinking about this today and wondered if anyone had ever experienced something similar. This happened to me a few years ago. At the time I was struggling to adjust to a new graveyard shift job and my sleep schedule was extremely irregular.
I almost exclusively experience sleep paralysis during naps. Rarely do I get it falling asleep at night or waking up in the morning (unless i wake up and then go back to sleep.) I had woken up for work around 10p.m. and had to be there at 2am. I decided to take a short nap on the couch.
I went into sleep paralysis. I knew what it was, and even though I had the physical sensation of overwhelming anxiety, I kept telling myself it was harmless and tried to get out of it. I was having some really creepy auditory hallucinations, someone whistling, whispering, and one of those baby toy xylophones playing. It was kind of wigging me out because my lamp was on and it had a red light bulb in it so I was trying really hard to wake up.
I was very confused because I could partially move my body. Unfortunately I have TMJ disorder, and if you don't know what that is, the joints in my jaw lock up. Usually my jaw gets stuck closed overnight, although rarely it gets stuck open. I have to massage it and do some excersises until I can get the joint to work its way back into proper position. It hurts like a bitch
I guess I opened my mouth because I felt the pain in my jaw and my mouth was stuck open. I tried to grab my face in pain and to try and put my jaw back but all I could manage was these scary jerking motions.
I thought to myself if my husband woke up right then and came down into the living room he'd probably think I was having a seizure. I laid on my back which was arched and I could only jerk around, I bet my eyes were all crazy since I was technically asleep. I then started panicking and thinking "damn what if I am having a seizure" and then my jaw snapped shut and I woke up probably from the pain
Freaked me out more than the hallucinations
I’ve been getting it almost every night for a week or 2. I don’t hallucinate scary things, I’m usually still in my dream and can’t see my irl surroundings, but I still can’t move. And soemtning that is really traumatic to me is I’ll keep getting up in the dream but I know that I’m not actually getting up and I’m still paralyzed. So I’d try over and over trying to wake up. Or I’ll keep waking up from a dream and realize I’m still dreaming. And then finally when I actually wake up and am out of sleep paralysis, im gasping for air and in fear. And I’ve also had fears of derealization bc of not knowing if I’m still in a dream. Is there any tips? How do you stay calm when you can’t move? Thankfully I don’t hallucinate evil figures though. And this is in the 2nd rule that’s outlawed, but private message me if you have any info on g0d and j3sus related to sleep paralysis. Thanks
I've been getting sleep paralysis since I was 16. It's been happening again regularly. A few nights ago after quite a vivid and unsettling dream I opened my eyes to be experiencing an episode. I think I knew I was having it. After a few mins of trying to move/scream I felt like in had rolled out of my bed and onto the floor! After I "hit the floor" i was suddenly snapped back into my bed again where i slowly had to wake myself up for real.
I had another episode a few days later. When I opened my eyes i couldn't move but it felt like my duvet was slowly being pulled off me and onto the floor from the left side of my bed. It didn't last too long but was concerning nine the less.
Another episode I had that sticks in my mind was a few years ago. I was staying at my partners house. She was still awake and reading next to me with the light on. When I "awoke" I swear the room felt like it was vibrating violently and I could hear what I thought was an extremely low flying and large airplane flying right over the house. It was very loud. That made me snap awake for real in a huge panic asking wtf that was I'm glad she was there. She comforted me.
I can't recall ever seeing the shadow demon or any ghosts. Just some experiences like the ones I've mentioned. Sleep paralysis is a frightening yet facinating phenomena.
CW: creepy, scary. TLDR; I heard a voice talking in reverse loudly next to my face. First time this has happened. Anyone else?
Hello, this morning I experienced the worst sleep paralysis I’ve ever encountered. I usually get sleep paralysis when I’ve had too much caffeine or bad nerves. I think this was due to anxiety about a work related meeting later today. Early this morning I felt pressure on my chest but it was cold like a stethoscope accompanied with inability to move. I opened my eyes and the bedroom I share with my partner was dimly lit by early morning light. I couldn’t turn over but I moved my eyes to my right and saw my partner in bed sleeping next to me on his side facing away from me. I thought this was my usual sleep paralysis I sometimes get (usually a dark figure staring at me) but this time I saw nothing visually but I heard this odd whirring. Then a voice began speaking loudly close to my face. The speaking sounded like when you play someone’s recorded voice back in reverse and I was not able to understand. It was so loud I looked around the room with my eyes to see anything but there was nothing. I looked to my partner sleeping on his side, staring at him to see if he would wake up at this loud and odd voice. The cold pressure on my chest got heavier, I was terrified and just focusing on my partners back trying to move to grab him but I was of course paralyzed. The speaking stopped along with the pressure and I was free to grab my partner and roll over to bury myself in the covers. He says I woke him up and kept repeating “it’s talking to me” but he rolled over to face me and figured I was dreaming and went back to sleep. I don’t remember saying that to him at all. I couldn’t go back to sleep. I buried my face into my blankets and partners side. I was so scared and have never been in a paralysis that made such a vivid sounds. I’m not into mystic*sm and I’m chalking this up to the odd dinner I consumed the night before along with nerves about a work meeting. Plus sleeping on my back. It totally messed with my REM early morning sleep. I stayed awake since this happened and boy am I tired. Has anyone else experienced the loud voice talking in reverse?
I just had most abnormal experience of my life my life.My partner was driving back home it’s a two hour drive I tried sleeping along the car ride and my partner said I was sleeping but I felt like I wasn’t sleeping at all and was conscious the whole time you know when you you feel like you haven’t slept at all and your really tired any who I felt awake the whole ride and I felt extremely tired I can’t explain it i was scared to fall asleep the whole ride and had a bad feeling if I slept. So we eventually stop at this spot and I decide to take a nap in the car for for like another 20 minutes again I feel like I’m conscious although I felt like i was so tried I can’t even explain it I ended up waking up and I could see my soundings and everything and I knew where I was but I couldn’t move my body at all. Within that time I also had a dream all my teeth were rotting and falling out. What does this mean this was very scary ?PLEASE HELP!!
Anyone similar? Is this technically sleep paralysis if my brain is interpreting myself to be moving (after some pain and struggling)?
As in, my mind is awake and active, I know I’m in bed and have just been sleeping, but I’m trying to force myself to get up out of fear. My surroundings are exactly as I remember falling asleep in, but with very minor differences. Such as the coincidental placing of a mirror, my tv being on when it actually isn’t, me checking my phone to see that the text itself isn’t legible, or hearing and seeing (usually familiar) people walking past my window.
I’ve decided to make a post about it because I’ve gone through sporadic episodes of this happening upon taking a nap since I was 18, but it happened again, and now there seems to be pain and very minor residual unilateral numbness involved. Maybe this episode was more intense than usual. My old roommate once witnessed what I look like when it happens, and he said my eyes were open but rolled to the back of my head, and I was breathing/snoring loudly… it worried him and I suppose maybe it should worry me now?
FyI: sleep paralysis is something I’ve got used- at least i thought so. Ive had them for years now and they were always the same. Cant move, i try to scream or think im screaming, idk if i actually am, im panicked, strong auditory hallucinations (whispers/voices and/or a buzz/vibration that gets louder and closer until i can move again) and sometimes some visual stuff like shadows. This time tho ive had two in a row. The first one was pretty basic and i went back to sleep afterwards. The second one started out similarly but then got weirder. I literally felt my body moving sinking into the bed again and again and it literally like i was being sa’d. I know hallucinations are normal for sleep paralysis but this felt w a y realer than anything I have ever experienced and its still freaking me out.
I used to get sleep paralysis almost daily in my childhood bedroom. It got to the point where I learned how to get out of them whenever I wanted, or do a limited set of things (mostly mouth or whisper quietly). It went from it being something scary and anxiety inducing, to a casual but annoying experience where I’d lay there, look around my room, and leave anytime I wanted to.
I was of course tired of sleep paralysis and preferred not to have them, cause they made me lose sleep and it was an inconvenience as a university student, but I would sometimes make use of them sometimes out of boredom since I also struggled with insomnia.
I was wondering if this is common and if other people do this for fun.
I apologize for the weird post, I’m very sleep deprived.
so i suddenly woke up with my whole body shaking and i didn’t hear anything at all i was completely unable to move but i somehow picked up my finger and put it on my lip but it had no feel, i saw erens attack titan from aot, don’t know why i fucking saw that shit but i’m so glad it wasn’t a tall black guy choking me out.
Weird thing happened to me twice. A few weeks ago a few minutes after i started trying to go to sleep, i realize i can't move at all and i hear some voices and i visualize like red alarms kind of, then i wake up, also visualize scary faces and stuff, real scary stuff. js now a few minutes after i start trying to fall alseep my body goes pins and needles and i can't move anything again and i hear loud ringing tones this time and feel kind of a pressure in my throat kind of.
Does anyone have any idea what this could be or causes of this. please ask me any questions that might help, thank you so much 🙏
Basically, i was trying to induce myself to fall asleep and it was working, as I could feel myself gradually falling into sleep. But then, as per usual, i started hearing and seeing scary things in my head and woke up, not being able to breathe for a few seconds and seeing a 3-fingered hand on my face. Fuck that stuff dude, hate it.
I (24F) just woke up from a terrifying dream (idk if it totally counts as a dream) where I was in my bed awake, but I couldn't move or speak. I could only watch my bedroom door and listen to sounds made by a figure behind it (it was kinda like some angry moans).
The thing is, I feel like I'm well familiar with this figure as if it has been a part of my life for a long time, even though the only explicit memory I have of it is from a similar dream I had a couple weeks ago, where the figure was in my room and I was looking at it trying to scream at it to go away but I didn't make any sounds while it just stared at me.
Both times this was completely terrifying and I'm struggling to go back to sleep now. The first time I just brushed it off as a one off weird nightmare, but now I'm not sure.
Went out drinking and the night after I sometimes get SP but it's usually in the morning and I only seem to have it when waking up. I went to bed and got scared there was a ghost in my room( I live in student accommodation so not scary) and I often get scared easily. Anyways I had a small sleep paralysis and then I was lifted off the bed with my feet still on bed but my head rises. I got scared so started singing and thought scary thoughts were going to appear. After a small while I sand and then woke up. In the dream I knew it wasn't real and I knew I had my flatmates next door but I'm scared now I have SP whenever. I haven't had it for ages( maybe 7 weeks) and I don't want to go sleep. I'm dreading sleep. I'm also scared I'm possessed now and freaking out that was me becoming possessed and I'm evil or something bads happened. It just felt super weird. It didn't feel scary but wasn't pleasant. It did feel physically real. I've started taking NAC. Just under 2gs on first day today. Could this have caused it? Is this weird? It felt spiritual or just odd. I hate sleep now
For some context I’ve had sleep paralysis for a really long time, like since as long as I remember. I remember that at the beginning when I was a child it scared me but to be honest it was quite manageable. Like if I had watched a scary movie or I was stressed it would get it but I just learned to fall asleep if I did have it I’d maybe get it a couple times a month or so and my parents told me it was hereditary as both my dad and grandma suffered from it. However, when I turned 16 it worsened considerably and im now 21 and I don’t think I can manage it anymore. I think around that time it got way worse as I was maybe going through a very brief episode of psychosis then but tbh I’m not self diagnosing I don’t actually know what was going on with me and my memory was very hazy around that time but I remember that’s when I started getting sleep paralysis every night Almost every single night maybe several times I’ll have sleep paralysis and I’ll have the worst auditory hallucinations to go along with it. The hallucinations are always like the same word over and over like a record skipping and sometimes in my mind it’s like the same image being repeated over and over again. Like just now as I was trying to sleep it was a match with a black background lighting over and over again. It was super vivid as well like I feel like I could paint it. Or sometimes I feel as if there is a presence in the room or something trying to attack me. I’ve tried loads of things to help my sleep like having a consistent routine and having good sleep hygiene and not going on my phone before bed and it might make it better for a bit of time but it always comes back. The only time it’s ever gone away is if I drink or smoke weed. And after I tried psychedelics one time it went away for like 4 days (I thought I was cured !) but it eventually came back. My housemate thinks I might have like adhd or something and this is a way it manifests but I kinda feel like I’m exhausted especially cause it feels like a whole ordeal for me to try and even go to sleep now. I’m gonna book a doctors appointment for this but I was just wondering if anyone on here could maybe give me an insight and tell me I’m not going insane lol !
Idk what’s going on I can’t sleep anymore, the past three nights I’ve been mostly awake seeing things in my room and being horrified af, right now I’m awake too and I see things and feel things I can barely move and do t n ow what to do. I have school tomorrow too, to top it off. Does anyone have any advice
So i have been getting sleep paralysis regulary for past 3 years and today i had brand new weird experience. I woke up opened my eyes and could not move as always, then i felt something grabing my legs and it draged me out of my bed, at that moment i opened my eyes again and had sleep paralasys again i extremely slowly got up from the bed but everything was unconfortable my limbs moved so slowly and i felt weird sleepiness, at that moment i opened my eyes and had actual sleep paralysis for real. I moved my fingers untile i was able to move, it felt like someone fucked my brain and i felt my face tingling. Weird thing is that the first fake two times it did not felt like i was dreaming at all! It truly felt as if i woke up each time having sleep paralysis in my bed. Similary things happened before, but never to such extend.
I have been getting this same dream almost every week now. It always takes place on my bed and in the position that I am currently sleeping in. I try to avoid sleeping on my back because it seems to trigger nightmares and sleep paralysis. Here’s how the dream usually goes:
I’m feeling a presence that makes me think the place is haunted. So I try to make a break for it and leave but then the door slams shut and I can’t move. Then I start feeling frozen so I’m trying my best to bang my hand on something and flail my legs hoping someone will hear or see me and try to wake me up.
There were times when I tired to ignore it. It’s such an uncomfortable feeling that I end up panicking in my dream then forcing myself up. The pressure gets too much for me to act like it’s nothing and I feel like I’m going sucked into something bad.
Last night it was different. I was in the bathroom and the light emitting from the windows were dimming and the shower curtains were shifting slightly when there was no wind. I knew something was wrong so I tell myself “hell no” and leave but the door is closed. Again I’m trying hard to move to wake up since it is so uncomfortable.
Does anyone else experience this in their dreams? Starts off seemingly normal and then the paralysis takes over. What could it mean?
I believe I just had an sleep paralysis, I had some night when iam sleeping on a side I dream and the other I could hear normal and kinda of awake but not really but Today It wasn't Ususal I was dreaming all of my sleep , then at the last dream I heard someone beside me in the dream It was around 10 seconds then I woke up in real life and I couldn't really move for a while like 30 seconds and in the dream I couldn't even open my eyes what was that ?
Having sleep paralysis makes this movie feel realistic af
Since I was young I got occasional sleep paralysis, without hallucinations or the other scarier aspects, around once or twice a year. However for the last year now l've been getting them weekly, and now daily. I wake up fully unable to move, and my breathing tends to be strained or difficult. I know I am awake and fully conscious. It takes minutes for me to be able to move sometimes, and it is mentally exhausting having to fight and focus so much. Usually I start by trying to move my fingers and then once I can do that I try to extend my arm, and once l can do that l'm usually free. I can open and move my eyes, but I cannot speak, sometimes I can move my tongue and try to pry open my mouth to make breathing easier as well. My sleep schedule isn't the most consistent, but I try to sleep in a set time range, and compared to everyone I know I probably sleep the most (8-10 hrs). I'm just really tired and in a way i've started to dread going to bed because I know I have to wake up to this all over again. The worst part being is that I have to mentally force and fight out of it every time, if I just try to wait it out it won't go away. Has anyone experienced anything similar or is there any fix to this?
Hello, I (22M) am new to this subreddit, but what I gather is mostly people are afraid of sleep paralysis and/or are annoyed at how it interferes with their sleep. While I agree it can be annoying at times, I’ve come to the point where I actually kind of like these experiences. After dealing with them since I was 15, it no longer feels like I am going through some sort of hell. At first it did or at least very creepy with the type of hallucinations I got and sometimes I would wake up punching the air right as I felt an episode was about to occur. I almost even hit my ex girlfriend like that on accident while we were cuddling and I was dozing off lol.
Anyways, I have always been interested in psychedelics and in a way these experiences feel like what I believed LSD would be like from how they exaggerate its effects in movies and stuff. After dabbling in some LSD and Shrooms, I have an appreciation for sleep paralysis and how many visuals it can provide. I suppose what also helps is I learned early on that if I ever want it to end I can easily just wiggle my fingers or sleep face down if I want them to completely go away for the night. Once, I began to have this appreciation it became really easy to take control of them and part of my excitement to receive sleep paralysis is that it is essentially the first step into learning how to lucid dream.
I have been able to have some of the most amazing dreams of my life due to sleep paralysis and I feel lucky to be able to have these experiences that many people go lifetimes without. Hopefully, everyone realizes that at the end of the day you are in charge of your own experiences similarly to how that’s the case with psychedelics.
Have a wonderful day and night everyone!
How to get sleep paralysis
Hi all, Usually drink at night, one of the reasons is to fend off nightmares etc..first night of sobriety (I’ve been struggling on and off for years now but I’m trying harder recently) also Netflix was on playing some doc, Rather typical experience, except I was on my side, room came to picture, reddish and static heat/buzzing. Couldn’t move, three figures in the room, first two were nondescript blurred faces. Third was directly on top of me restraining me. I finally managed a weak “what’s going on?”
The one on top said “Just here to destroy you buddy, this will be beautiful.” Was a bale to get my legs moving and eventually shook awake.
Welp that fucking sucked lol
Hi all! I have a logical formula that I was able to reproduce & get rid of these nightmares (didn’t have them in years).
Was looking forward to share my MO, but, bummer, I get a message that I violate code 2 of the rules & I can not make a post - even though I mention nothing about re lig ion.
Any advice on how I can make the post? Any moderators seeing this? Thanks!
I just a had a terrifying dream / sleep paralysis experience. I was stuck in my dream in which people were chasing me and I was running away desperately, it made complete sense while in the dream, like the whole story and everything, and it was utterly terrifying. I had some allies which were friends from real life and someone I’ve seen on the internet and we were fighting off these enemies. At one point we were all fighting them off and I got an inkling of the idea that maybe this wasn’t a true reality and I could wake up to a peaceful existence, so as they were fighting I stopped and was trying to wake up, which is usually an easy task. But I just couldn’t for some reason it literally felt like I was trapped in this horrible world. Luckily they managed to fight them off successfully and they bought us a little time. One of my allies got mad at me for not helping, he said something to the effective of “what were you doing back there”, I’m not sure what I said back, or what my other allies said after that but I remember we were now in something similar to a public restroom and the enemies were coming again, but this time my allies began to disappear, one by one, as I looked towards them they vanished in an instant. I was left alone. Somehow I sensed that the enemies were near (I saw an image of them coming), although they hadn’t come through the door yet. Then I remembered the inkling of idea I had that this wasn’t the true reality. Just now as I’m writing this I remember something I told my ally that got angry with me, I thought we were in some sort of video game and told him that people design video games for people to have fun, not have a terrifying experience. I think me telling him this actually began the chain reaction of all of them disappearing (maybe they’re other people that were dreaming and that made them realize it was a dream lmao co-op dream), anyway there I was in this public restroom awaiting my ultimate demise, focusing to shift out of this realm. Then all of a sudden I remember the “gift of sight” and opened my eyes in real life for an instant and looked around real quick. Then shut again. I did this a few more times before I was able to keep them open. My mind was still mostly in the dream state, but slowly the memories of reality started coming back to me but I couldn’t move for another 15-20 seconds as my eyes wandered around the room. I tried with all my might to move my body. A few moments later, I took a deep breathe and sat up and in an instant.
TL;DR: I’ve experienced sleep paralysis multiple times over the years. It started with terrifying episodes, but now I’ve discovered I can make “mmm” sounds in my sleep to alert my girlfriend, who then shakes me awake. My sleep paralysis episodes rarely include scary hallucinations or sounds anymore. Recently, though, I’ve started dreaming that I have sleep paralysis, only to wake up and realize it never actually happened. Has anyone else used sounds to escape sleep paralysis or dreamed about having it without actually experiencing it? ————————————————————————————-
I’ve had sleep paralysis quite a few times by now. My first experience was a few years ago. I was completely frozen, unable to move, and heard a deep voice saying, “Money, money, money,” while seeing a black, round silhouette in front of me. I was terrified. Later, I learned the trick of wiggling fingers or toes to break free from the paralysis.
Later that year, I started dating my girlfriend and told her about these episodes. This is where it gets interesting. Now, whenever I have sleep paralysis, instead of trying to move small parts of my body to break free, I’ve discovered I can make noises—like “mmm” sounds with my mouth closed. When I do this, my girlfriend knows I’m stuck in sleep paralysis and shakes me awake. She’s saved me so many times, and I’m beyond grateful for it. These days, I wake up so quickly that I don’t even have time to feel the fear or experience hallucinations.
But here’s the strange part: I’ve started dreaming that I have sleep paralysis. In these dreams, I’m stuck, and my girlfriend shakes me awake—only for me to wake up and realize the paralysis never actually happened. This has happened a few times recently, and I still get real sleep paralysis occasionally.
The latest incident was last night. I went to bed expecting it because I’ve been sleep-deprived this past week. Two nights ago, I had one of those “dream paralysis” episodes I mentioned earlier. Last night, I dreamed I was in an unfamiliar room at my grandparents’ house. My grandfather and I were there, and I noticed an old ceiling lamp starting to swing slowly. He said something I couldn’t remember, and the lamp began swinging violently. I shut my eyes and woke up in real sleep paralysis. I started making my “mmm” sounds, and my girlfriend began shaking me. It took her a bit longer than usual, but she got me out.
After last night’s episode, I’ve finally decided to ask: 1. Has anyone else experienced making noises during sleep paralysis to signal for help? 2. Have you ever dreamed about having sleep paralysis, only to wake up and realize it never actually happened?
Thanks for reading this far—I appreciate your time and any input!
Ok so I woke ip at like 6:40AM I remember checking myy phone, my bladder or maybe uterus I'm not sure but it was in my pelvic region. And like it hurt soo so kuch it was like a mic of sharp and blunt. And it hurt to move like I could kove but the pain would be so difficult to ignoee. I called my mother on my phone and she came to give me some pills amd then went back to sleep. Then I texted my friend (I did not expect her to be awake but I just wanted to talk to something) and I was liek "Girl my bladder hurt sso nuch" and I somehow managaed yo say "hurt so fuck much" anyway I was kike telling her what I was doing. I fell asleep on my back (wasn't even trying to sleep, I fell asleep with phone in hand) but woke up on my side. So I figured I should try find ways I could move without everything hurting too much. I eventually got onto my back and wrote to her, then I was going to try to sit up. I couldn't sit up without it hurting but I had myself prompted up on my elbows so I texted that to her. But then suddenly, the pain in my pelvic region like increased, it wasn'tlikes sharp up it just like happend. Amd when I tell you this shitshurt SO much, I started crying and called my mum again. I thought maybe I had to go to the bathroom because my bladder was too full and thats why it hurtO My mum came in and helped me stand up and I just kinda walked off the pain to the bathroom while saying thank u. I peed like half a cup, OH i have bladder problems by the way but I've never gotten anything diagnosed I haven't been able to empty properly for agss so. But while I was like standing and like sat up it felt so so hot like I was in an oven. I feltfdizzy too, I've only really felt like that shen I had a fever, but obviously I'd be cold? I think I associated that with a fever because my parents would smother me in blankets and I'd complain about it being hot. But afterwards I stumbled to my mums bed and just fell on it and eventuallyhafter laying down for some time I was able to move more easily and the pin turned to just a little discomfort. And now I woke up and feel pretty much fine. My friend said it might be sleep paralysis thats why I posted it here...
So it was a morning when I was suppose to go to work, but I just dropped my boyfriend off and went back home to take a nap because I was tired. I was sleeping for probably about an hour, got up to use the restroom, then laid back down. Pretty quickly I realized I was slipping into an episode when I was laying there on my side. I typically always can tell when I’m about to go into an episode but I don’t really know how to fight it no matter how hard I try.
As I’m laying there, can’t move can’t talk, I feel a presence hovering over me and it seems as if my hair had been moved off my neck and my neck was being kissed. Then all of a sudden I start feeling like I’m having an orgasm. Which completely confused me and freaked me out. After I woke up out of it I felt completely scared and just felt like I was being watched by something or bothered.
A couple days later, same situation. I dropped my boyfriend off at work, came home to take a nap. I was a laying in bed watching tv. I wasn’t as tired anymore since I had to wake up and drive so I just watched tv. All of a sudden, out of nowhere, my eyes get super heavy and as to where I’m struggling just to keep them open. I automatically knew I was going into another episode. This time it started out black, I felt like a big wet nasty kiss on my cheek, then I’m able to see. I was laying on my side when I was in bed, but in the episode I was on my back and I immediately started feeling like I was having an orgasm. I could see like an off-white figure laying in between my legs like it was thrusting me. I really had no clue what was happening. It didn’t last long but after the “sex” it gave me another wet nasty kiss on my forehead then it was gone and I came out of it.
When I came out of it I was like wide awake and confused and literally went to the restroom to check my pants as if I really just came or something. I didn’t but it felt very very real. I had felt like I was just completely violated by a figure with no face. I didn’t even want to be in the house anymore because I felt paranoid so I left but I just still felt like something was on me. Definitely one of the most traumatic experiences I’ve had with sleep paralysis and I really hope it doesn’t happen again but I don’t know how to avoid it or fight it. Any advice would really help.
