Really interested to dive into his bibliography. Can anyone recommend the best starting place???
After the thousandth rewatch, I've decided You Only Move Twice is my absolute favourite, with Homer vs. the Eighteenth Amendment a close second. Your picks?

Would anyone else be down for an episode that has the Simpsons (likely Lisa) open with an explanation of why the no-no sheet exists, and show how strange they truly are by having an episode of only no-no's?
More twister heads, pointy smiles, awkward teeth and eyes?

I'm trying to remember the name of a character that i believe appeared only once. I think he was a new employer in the nuclear plant that was later revealed to be some kind of ex criminal that was trying to run from his past. He was very good at fighting and ended up rescuing homer when the later was kidnapped and put under some ice skating rink. Some other details: he had some kind of flame thrower inside his arm, he taught Lisa how to make Bart "tell her whatever she wants him to" (as in, some painful joint lock) and i think that his whole beef was with the mafia. Thanks in advance, sorry!
Basically, what year or segment do you recommend I watch or have a soft spot for?
Everyone at the plant has someone...except for this guy. 😐
After buying a house and getting out of apartment living, I finally have a good spot again to display my WOS stuff.
His names Ot-to
When the Simpsons family are forced to work at the Japanese fish-processing plant in "30 minutes over Tokyo" a fish starts speaking, pleading to Bart "spare my life and I'll grant you 3 wishes". What's that a reference to? Could it be a reference to the Japanese legend/fairy tale of Urashima Taro? In the story, a young fisherman saves a turtle from a group of children who were tormenting it. The turtle turns out to be the daughter of the dragon king and invites him to her undersea palace.
(And am I the only one who would like to see a Simpsons retelling of the story Urashima Taro?)
Why did Homer want Moe killed?
In real life schools in America have a very strict dress code ( especially for female students) so that it doesn't distract other people learning. Having students wear inappropriate clothes would also make the school look bad which would mean that less parents might enroll their kids into Springfield elementary. It wouldn't make much of a difference because the school is underfunded but they still shouldn't allow Lisa to wear that. The pearls also wouldn't be appropriate for school either because schools generally doesn't allow students to wear jewelry on school grounds because they don't think it necessary for learning.
... so we know that Bart Simpson is Chief Justice of the Supreme Court in only 8 years' time...
... which means that he's almost certainly appointed to the court by whoever wins Tuesday's election!
