So, I’ve recently decided to try and make my chicken breast less boring and here is my attempt at it. Still modifying the recipe, but right now the marinade consists of mustard, adjika-kinda Caucasian chili sauce thing, although mine’s not that hot, siracha, balsamic vinegar, pickle juice, spiced salt, dried tomato and basil mix and some sort of “spice mix for meat” . It is also cooked in oil from a jar of sun dried tomatoes with garlic, which were also added in there. Will probably try and make poor man’s butter chicken with this next week by adding some heavy cream

Also has tiny dumplings called rivvels.
Microwaved roast beef lunch meat, put two packets of mayo on the bottom of the tortilla, then roast beef, then two packets of hot sauce on the roast beef, then some jalapeno Cheetos, it was 🔥.
I found the dish at Soulwood, Osaka, which is a Jamaican bar and restaurant.
The guy smiled when I ordered it, so he was definitely in on the joke
I had to mess with the cheese in order to optimally distribute the cheese among different bites of egg. 8/10 Honestly a lot better than I expected it to turn out.
(actually hella good)
Well…
Just 2 brats and spicy brown mustard
At least it's Zatarans and not the Dollar Tree box version. Shrimp and Smoked Turkey Sausage for sustenance.
Microwaved fish sticks
Recipe:
"Meatballs"
-1 can of chickpeas. Drain and rinse. Mash into a sandy paste.
-1 piece of bread that you're not sure where it came from. Probably from the leftover Thanksgiving food my girlfriend dropped off. Chop. Toast in oven at 350F until crispy. Crush into crumbs.
-1 egg
-Chickpeas have negative flavor, so add what you think is too much of the following: salt, black pepper, oregano, parsley, basil, paprika.
MIX TOGETHER A LOT WITH A FORK.
BAKE AT 350F for 20 MINUTES. FLIP AFTER 10 MINUTES.
Pasta sauce:
-1 can of food pantry brand "pasta sauce"
-1 can of diced tomatoes
-the same spices used in the "meatballs"
SIMMER FOR 20 MINUTES. WHILE DOING THIS, COOK SPAGHETTI NOODLES. DRAIN SPAGHETTI, BUT LEAVE A SHOT OF PASTA WATER IN POT. ADD SAUCE TO POT. COOK MORE UNTIL THICK.
TOP WITH "MEATBALLS"
DONT ENJOY
