Does anyone know how many there are? Are there just these three?
I was employed with Sheetz 2 months shy of 5 years. Not a single bad review or strive (progressive discipline) up until 3 months ago. My SM wanted me out of the hospitality position to promote a supervisor. I knew this because the SM had told all of management and employees, to get rid of the overnight supervisor we needed to get statements and keep writing them up.
Well surprise all of a sudden I was targeting. Verbal warning first, a month later written warning and suspended 1 day. Then I was pulled into the office with my sm and presented with a paper stating "multiple employees said you smelling like weed when returning from break" I told my SM that it was bullshit. I was not signing it. The office door was closed mind you. After that day my SM refused to have a conversation with me about anything. Had supervisor ask me questions that she had.
A week or so later I walk into the office to get my things to clock in for work and my general manager was there. I knew I was getting fired because I NEVER see the GM for my district. Have not had a single one on one meeting with them. She pulls me into the office and says "I tried to get a hold of you so we didn't have to do this in person" I stopped them and said "when? I didn't get a call from you" long story short my employment was terminated.
There is a lot more that happened during my employment.
My question is can they terminate your employment when the issues for progressive discipline were 2 completely different things?
January offer was to visit 5 times and you get 350 bonus spendable points. I did the visits (it showed up in my app tracking them) but never got the bonus points awarded.
This tots ad is kinda ridiculous😂😂like who really comes up with these
I feel like everyone else just looks at their phone and knows who they work with, but i have no idea how. i’ve looked around on the app, and can’t figure it out. (it’s definitely possible they just took a picture of the schedule so that’s why i’m asking)
That I was supposed to work tonight, but my schedule online said I didn't. I always write my schedule down on my calendar and Saturday was blank as well. How much trouble am I in??? 😭 I did text her a screenshot of my schedule. Haven't heard anything back yet. I've been going by my online schedule the same way since I started a month ago. I'm freaking out 😣😫
This keeps happening at my store that some customers will eat half their food and THEN decide to complain and ask for it to be remade. Like homie you ate most of it surely it can't be as "cold" or as "disgusting" as you say. Yall are NOT slick 😭😭
Looks like some sh*t to me. What do yall think?
Im an employee and I've been wanting to recreate the milkshake recipes at home. My problem is I can't find our ice cream base as a product anywhere. Is there something I can buy at the store? Is there a few easy things I can buy to make it? From my googling I can't figure out what's in it, I know some ice cream recipes just suggest heavy cream and egg yolk; would that work?
So I’m a little confused on how covering shifts works. Obviously i’ll be there for my regular 8 hour shift to cover, but do I only get paid for 4 hours?? And then i have points taken off with the other 4 hours?? I’m mainly confused because I’m covering a 3rd shift, and instead of it saying “10-6:30” it says “10-2”. Does that mean i’m supposed to leave after 2??
I left Sheetz in September of 2024 and I have been waiting on my W2. Today I got my 1095C but I didn't receive the W2 yet. Do these get sent separately or are they normally together. Also I moved residence within the same town. Would that change things?
So last week I made a post here talking about how I was banned from my local sheetz because they thought I was with a couple who was stealing alcohol. I removed the post because the mods locked it so there was no reason to have it up. I was messaged a few times for an update so here it is.
The TLDR of my previous post: I walked out of the store one night after a couple who stole a lot of alcohol. Because I walked out shortly after them, the store assumed that I was with them. The next night, the cops were called, I was removed from the store, and told it would be trespassing if I showed up again.
That night, I called the supervisor on duty. I explained what I could and he heard me out. Told him everything I knew and what I could remember. He said he would leave notes for the store manager.
The next day I called after AHOD to speak with the store manager. She seemed more skeptical, but she also heard me out about the situation. I went over everything I knew with her, and she said she’d review everything and give me an answer “either way” in a couple of days.
I worked at another Sheetz for 3 years. I texted a couple of the managers I’m still friends with to see if they had any insight, because I really wasn’t trying to go to court over something I didn’t do. Luckily, one of my friends knew that manager personally.
A couple days later I got a call from the police officer handling the case. Again, recounted everything I could remember and he said he wasn’t pressing charges because “everything they said was hearsay and you were never on camera taking anything”. He also said that the ban would still be in place because that’s completely on sheetz. He said he could call them and say they weren’t doing anything with charges, and I said that would be nice.
At work yesterday I got a call from the HM. He told me they took away the ban and to call them back. I called them back, and they said that if I ever see them to please let them know, and if the same situation happens again they might have to do the same process again.
That last part kind of rubbed me the wrong way, but it is what it is. It does kind of suck that I now have to be constantly looking over my shoulder when I’m in the building on the off chance the same people walk in. I’m there around the same time most days.
But regardless, I head down to the store and introduce myself. The HM seems really chill. He said what I usually get is on the store tonight which was nice. Talked to him a little bit and it seems to be over now.
I honestly feel very lucky the connection between my friend and the store manager was there. I feel that played a big part in it. Would’ve sucked if I was someone who didn’t have anyone to vouch for me.
Let's see those free key chains.
I always see overtime premium bonus on my quarterly bonuses but have no clue on how it's paid? I got 170 dollars but how? I'm not sure if it's only paid to assistants or supervisors as well
Any confirmation on the shooting at the State College valley vista sheetz? Tons of police and store is closed

Can anyone explain I asked my supervisors neither one of them seem to know half the stuff I’m asking which I think is ridiculous personally because why do I have to know this stuff when half of management can’t seem to figure out what this means😭
I just don’t understand why I can’t have it as a dipping option for a regular pretzel… and I don’t mean cream cheese frosting. Just regular cream cheese.
does anyone use their cash app debit to get their pay?? what day do you normally get it?? i had to switch from varo cause someone got my card numbers so I had to get new cards ordered😭
I’ve been wanting to promote to HM for a while now. But I’ve heard from some of my old coworkers that have promoted and they all seem more burnt out than before and I know everyone handles their stresses differently. So I’m just wondering from current assistants/recently promoted into assistant what the pros and cons are. Cause #whythesheetznot? 🤣 Thanks in advance!!!
I'm leaning towards quantity over quality but im open to something thats less food if you think its that good.
I got 2 hotdogs for 1 dollar yesterday and it was awful lol
but i got the sampler basket before and it was a great deal! i got 3 of each thing but i got like 8 nuggets which seemed like a good deal for 6 dollars and a GREAT deal if you think about how much any food at a typical gas station usually costs
Finally waiting it out it comes tomorrow cant wait to finish.
I started with the company a few months ago, and i fell in love with this one song that comes on our store radio, it goes something like "its something magical" and it has a synth break in it. I cant find it anywhere online lol
I was actually even working at Sheetz at the time, I have no recollection of anything like this ever going on. Does anybody have an idea at all? Found it at a local goodwill store.
I was wondering how extensive is the background check is? How long does it normally take? I am not worried about it, just a little excited (to say) about getting started (if offered the job).
This stuff is like an explicit drug to me. I can't stop myself from craving it everytime I go near a Sheetz. Bill Reilly, if you're reading this, please never let G-Fuel discontinue this product. Thank you.
Sincerely, Me.
