With the huge rise of anxiety world wide, we thought we'd make a slight pivot from general mental health to one focusing more on anxiety disorders with a probable underlying personality disorder. We'll use a mix of our traditional chart style graphics and add a Weekly Newsletter, Coping strategies, Video lessons, the latest research, inspirational quotes etc, all to try to make your day that much easier.
Charts and visual guides I've found online about recovery and self-care topics. Mostly just put here so I can build a searchable database of useful worksheets for recovery and work activities.

Hi all !
i was wondering what you would suggest to eat to celebrate the weekend, and achieved goals
my guilty pleasure is getting some kip nuggets into the airfryer, and just have some snacks,
just have a nice snacktime moment, but getting it reasonable healthy?
I recently wrote a blog post about easy, practical habits you can incorporate into your weekend to help you recharge and feel your best. If youβre looking for simple ways to improve your self-care routine, check it out here:

I recently took a break from the digital world to refocus and reconnect. If youβre curious about the impact it had on my focus, well-being, and daily life, you can read all about it here:

I hope it inspires you to take a moment for yourself.
Ako lang ba yung nangangati down there and I suspect dahil sa antibiotic na tinetake ko for my acne treatment which is doxycycline.
For context, wala akong binago sa routine ko at malinis ako sa katawan. Meron din akong good hygiene rountine. Yung undergarments ko ay cotton at wala akong unnecessary na mga pang wash betadine lang pag may regla ganon.
Hindi pako nakapagpacheck dahil sa work loads ko pero may plan naman ako. Ask ko lang if may suggestion kayo or knowledge about this kind of topic. TYSM!!!
I was done, thrashed, couldn't see any way out. Nothing worked, everything I tired failed or screwed up and all I wanted to do was go to bed, pull the blankets over my head and stay there, and it felt so fucking good in there.
My "problem" is I have a solo mum sister who has 2 young kids and has to work........ so like it or not, after a few days I HAD to find a way to cope just to help them..... shit!!!
I tried all the things i used to tell others to do, breathing, mindfulness etc, and yes they all worked... for a while, but nothing lasted once I had to face the chaotic real world and busy, noisy young kids.... π₯΅
I tried booze and grass but that just made me an unfit carer... definitely not responsible material.
My now ex (I think) partner had tried an online therapy service and raved about it, which was a great reason for not touching it π anyway I was out of ideas, borrowing a friends medication and in a real state.... I had to do something, it was about more than just me.
Long story short, even the "assessment" phase focused me, and after a couple of sessions and CBT exercises I was useful again. I'm not saying I'm "cured", we all know that's BS, but between being needed by others and having a 24/7 therapy lifeline, I have helped my sister and myself.
So I don't care if some think this is a promotion or not, if I recommended a blood transfusion service would you think that was wrong too?
Surely anything that helps another one or two of you out there to face this life has to be good - here's a link and good luck π
Happy Labor Day Weekend!
I hope that you all are looking for the best way to maximize your self-care efforts this weekend!
I am reaching out to seek your community's unique perspective on our research. My colleagues and I, from Regent University (https://www.regent.edu/), are conducting a study on understanding client barriers to trauma treatment during recovery from using substances.
The study seeks to gather information from adults aged 21 and older in the United States who are in recovery from using substances and have been sober or free from active addictive behavior for at least one year.
You may access the survey here:
https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/FK2YK5Q
The survey takes, on average 3.5 minutes to complete. We welcome your feedback so that we understand the real-world impacts of PTSD and Complex PTSD.
I wish you all the very best that life has to offer! Forever grateful for your consideration and time!
I have tried a pumice stone, those foot grater things, epsom salt soaks, all the lotions and creams you could think of, aquaphor, special socks for heels on Amazon and Iβm at a loss on how to tackle the issue. Does anyone have a solution that continuously works for them? Iβve been told pumice stones are better than the metal grater things at nail salons because the skin grows back faster with the metal tool. I get pedicures every few months and try not to wear sandals often to worsen my dry heels but canβt seem to get my soft heels back. Pls help a girl out.

Thank you so much for considering providing your insights into SUD and trauma treatment. Your participation will help us understand these barriers much better.
Have a great day!
