Suggestion
*:hover {overflow: visible !important;}
*:hover:after {text-indent: 0;}would fix the mail and modmail icon selectors not displaying properly, and other similar issues
*:hover:after {text-transform: none;}would stop certain selectors from appearing in all caps
and the selectors #chat and #new_modmail could be added to the stylesheet
