I recently got a SEGA Mega Drive, and today I completed the set with a video cable and a controller (still on the lookout for a second controller without tape 😄). This is the first time I’ve let my 2-year-old try the PVM. To my surprise, he was able to move the character around the screen and even jump just by watching me play! He usually doesn’t get screen time, though I occasionally show him things on my phone. I guess a new era in our relationship is beginning. 😋

Happy Weekend to everyone. I'm looking for anyone who might be interested in joining fairly newer Sega discord group. So over on the Segs 6th website they are currently giving Nights into Dreams for free to anyone who links there steam account and for whatever reason when I go to link my account it just gives me an error host screen. So was wondering if anyone has tried this who has had the same issue who might have a solution?

The ending track of HOTD2 is copyrighted on Youtube. A group called Kontor New Media claims that the track belongs to them, and that the actual name of the track is "The Shit Must Go On". I can't imagine a Japanese game company in the 90s choosing that name... However, when I checked that track myself, it's nothing like the ending track in the game. It's basically shit, and it contains a small part of the ending track in the middle of the song. And that's it. Just a small part. I'm guessing they are the ones who actually plagiarized the game's music, and claimed it as their own. I have to edit out the credit part of the game of my video to avoid copyright claim. On the bright side, this shortened the video. I don't think many people care to watch through the credits. But still, I'm puzzled by this out-of-nowhere copyright claim.

Of course, it's totally possible that SEGA actually plagiarized Kontor instead. Or they hired whoever made that song to make the ending track for them. But it seems less likely. Anyone knows anything about this?

With the beloved ps Vita game freedom wars getting a remaster do you think if it does well Sega should do a remaster for phantasy star nova because it's in a similar spot as freedom wars was a ps Vita game stuck on a console that many people didn't even own but unlike freedom wars which was released worldwide phantasy star nova was stuck in Japan I think it is a good time to do a remaster of it as well bring it worldwide and phantasy star nova has a loose connection to phantasy star online 2 and by extension phantasy star online 2 new Genesis I would love to play a phantasy star nova remaster so much but I also know it is probably unlikely for them to do it they might as well do a phantasy star universe collection that puts all the phantasy star universe story in one set being phantasy star universe, ambition of the luminous, portable 1, portable 2 episode 1, portable 2 episode 2 I would love that as well but I think a nova remaster is better
