Hey everyone. I'm a Protectas agent (Securitas' Swiss branch) and i was wondering about our winter uniforms.
I know we're not supposed to wear our gear outside of work, but that parka is just too good. So i was wondering, does anyone know where they're made? Are they even available to buy without the red dots?
I don't see any product number or brand on the parka itself so i haven't been able to look it up.

What is the cost for insurance premiums with securitas?
I am applying for a job with the company and am curious, if it matters I live in Texas.
An alert was sent out from my District office. When using Google search for OneID, fraudulent “sponsored” websites take you to a login that looks like OneID but isn’t. This is reportedly an attempt to gain financial information and, my guess only, gain your actual password to divert your pay.
If you don’t have it, the legitimate link is oneid.securitasinc.com.
The description for the job states I'll need a level 3 armed guard card but towards the end of the description its said that "training will be provided".
My question is if said training mentioned at the bottom is related to getting the level 3 armed guard card OR if that's something separate you'd have to do on your own time?

I am an active security guard at a site east of the Mississipi and I have had constant issues with pay. When I came back to the company it was to manage a very high paid client and I had extensive experience with this particular client. As things go, they closed down the building I was in and I was sent to another site. However, I had an agreement with my DM that I would be given 20 dollars per hour to look after this site until they get someone hired. Well since day one essentially they have paid me 3 dollars less than what was agreed to. On top of that, I have been sending in time where I would answer my phone, emails, and texts when I am off the clock and its like pulling teeth to get paid for those hours. I am getting seriously frustrated and upset to the point I am looking for other employment. I should not have to fight with my DM to get my wages corrected every week or so it seems. What should I do?

I didn't click on "withdrawn application." Nothing. Is it likely because I applied a month ago for a different position and told the recruiter I was no longer interested in said position?
Do they remember applicants?
Hi all, I just started working for Securitas and got my first bank statement and the amounts are off on what I think I should have made. I am not getting time and half for overtime even thought that's what I was told I would get. I also worked a national holiday and it looks like it showed me getting my regular rate for that time I worked and anything that would have been over. I looked up holiday pay and it said it was time and half for the first 8 hours and double time for anything over. Also I the way it looks, I got paid twice for overtime at a different site, but it show up as me working that sites rate(even though I am flex) and then looks like the overtime rate is less than my states minimum wage.
And for a unrelated shits and giggles side note, I got my 401k acknowledgment in the mail and it told me it is going to send all of my electronic delivery statement to email address that I haven't used for almost 10 years and that I deleted too. I have no idea how they would have gotten that address since I didn't use it when I went through orientation.
I want to know why Securitas is so corrupt and inept. When I worked for Securitas from 2007-2009, the site supervisor would call semi drivers and other guards "morons", "idiots", and "ret**ds".
Another guard would sexually harassing client employees and coworkers. He was Hispanic, made anti-white remarks, and was caught multiple times sleeping on the job. He was reported multiple times and no one did anything.
This office made guards PAY to have their pants hemmed! At the time, pay was $8.25/hr and 32 hours, pending you didn't work multiple double shifts. To add insult to injury, males had to be clean shaven. Professional guards at unprofessional wages.
The integrity line was called eight times on the site supervisor until he was reassigned. They didn't fire him, they moved him to another site.
Another guard was fired because the client dispatcher didn't seal a trailer when the truck left. Guard sends truck back, dispatcher got mad, and the guard is fired two days later. Aforementioned guard applies for unemployment, Securitas fights. Goes to arbitration, magistrate finds out office LIED!
I can hear "it's not a real job." I'm aware. However, NO ONE deserves to be treated like an indentured servant to a bunch of choosing beggar employers
I heard there was a location in Athens, GA and I was wanting to see how far it is from where I want to move to, does anyone know their address? I can take PMs too, I'm just having a hard time finding it.
My hiring manager said i was getting $17.50 an hr on my job application but im getting pay $16 an hr Who should i call?
So I accepted a job offer 7/26/24 and filled out all the forms on that day, background checks and all. It is now 8/6. 12 days since then and I haven’t heard anything back. How long does this usually take? Indianapolis branch btw.
Going to my orientation tommorow been hired on it says they will be doing a swab when I arrive is the a four panel or five panel test I am confused and do not want to ask the hiring managers
Employees; is your Colleagues going to take PTO subsequently giving you OT; is there a Officer post meeting you all will attend; is the Branch office going to pull Guards for a special event, like a fair, that will be burdensome yet welcomed at the same time.
Managers; Is payroll day going to be tougher than usual, is there a Retirement coming creating upward mobility. Is there a Guard who is going to be offered a spot he/she always coveted.
