What are the steps to take? Is there sampling involved? Other criteria?

I am a musician/producer looking for talent for a new group called DIAL UP DREAMS. The group will mainly consist of Vaporwave, Future Funk, Indie, Dreampop, Bedroom Pop, LO-FI, Alternative Hip-Hop, Chillwave, Hyperpop, chiptune and any genres that fit in these veins. Musicians, producers, Vocalists, song Writers, managers, creative directors, visual artists and more will be gladly welcomed. The group is meant for the making of projects and songs, as well as working on separate solo works with each other but most importantly for connections and community.
