Master Degree Scholarships that are Good for International Studies/Universities?

Hello. I'm an American who is about to begin a one-year masters degree program at a British university. That said, I can't seem to find in those many websites and forums filled to the brim with random scholarships anything that would be applicable to foreign universities/studies. If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know.

Seeking Guidance on Joining the Military and Pursuing a Criminology Career

Dear Reddit,

I'm Ryan, 17.5 years old, from the Fiji Islands. I'm looking for guidance on how to join one of the toughest military branches, such as the Navy SEALs or the Marines, for a period of 4 to 8 years. I would really appreciate any help with visa applications and processes, including links (as my knowledge in this area is quite limited).

A little background about me: I run a small computer business and have a YouTube channel. English is my first language, and while I'm very fluent, my spelling might not always be perfect. I consistently score the highest in computer science.

After my military service, I plan to attend university to study criminology, with the goal of joining the FBI. Any advice on how to transition from military service to university and eventually into the FBI would be incredibly helpful.

Please share any information, links, timelines, or a full guide on the best way to apply. I’m eager to learn everything I need to make this dream a reality.

Thank you in advance for your support!

Should i apply to these kinds of scholarships?

The scholarship iIwant to apply to states this at the end:

||||

Deadline

We ask that all articles be submitted to us by November 1. We will choose the winner by December 30 and disperse the funds at the start of the new year. Keep in mind that the college will receive the check directly.

We will not disperse funds directly to the student.

|||||

It says to qualify you need to be accepted to or enrolled in a college. I was accepted into a college near me and I plan on attending it but if I can go to an Ivy League or get the Quest Bridge college match then I will do that instead.

if I apply for this and say that my college is the one I got accepted to near me then I will only receive that reward if I end up going to that college? or am I not even supposed to apply for the scholarship cause I wont go to college until fall 2025?

Birth Defect/ NICU stay scholarships

Are there any scholarships for lesser known birth defects or lung issues? My son had congenital diaphragmatic hernia, and was in NICU for awhile. Currently he has half of one lung and about 80% of the other.

We’ve tried looking online to no avail (except one with a foundation that is for the specific birth defect my son had).

Any NiCU scholarships I see are more for nursing degrees etc, not children who stayed in NICU.

There seems to be scholarships for everything but not at the same time. Figured this would be a great place to ask.

Is 25 too old to apply for a scholarship for a bachelor's degree abroad?

Hi everyone. As the title says, I will be turning 25 next month and recently I have been researching scholarships in several countries, from North America to Asia. I have always wanted to study abroad but I am poor, so this wish has been just a dream. Even in my country I can't go to uni because of the living expenses and some health issues.

But what I wanna ask is about the scholarships the I've seen. When it comes to bachelor's degree often there's always some kind of age limit. It could be a very good full ride scholarship that even covers flying tickets, but it's never for anyone over 24. Why is that?I feel very discouraged.

Is "The Scholarship System" Legit?

Mother of mine made me sit through an hour webinar hosted by The Scholarship System and I'm trying to find out if they're legitimate before she buys into their $700 (for 4 more hours as of typing) lesson program thing. Anyone know if are or not?

Where to start

Currently a high school senior and I don’t know where to start with scholarship applications. Planning on going to a small private school out of state and will get a pretty good amount of need-based aid. Other than that, where do I find external scholarships? I have a GPA of 3.2 unweighted and 4.1 weighted. My SAT is 1490 and my ACT is 30 (I didn’t study when I first took it but I’m retaking it on Saturday). I’m very willing to write essays for scholarships. Can anyone point me in the direction of a list or specific scholarships I should apply to?

Full Ride Scholarship for Studying Abroad

I am interested in studying French in Paris for a year through the EF language program. I’m a 31F currently not enrolled in any college or university, although, I have some college experience.

Perhaps this is a long shot but I am hoping there is something I could apply to. Also, could I apply to FAFSA to help with this?

I appreciate any and all advice!

Scholarships for music conservatories

I need funding for college as I will not be getting any help financially from my family. My plan is to audition for Music conservatories like NEC, SFCM, MSM, ESM, and more for an undergrad in cello performance.

I have a really meaningful personal story about cello and mental health that I know could land me scholarships, I just don’t know where to find them.

I love writing essays, so if there are any essay scholarships related to music that you guys know about, let me know.

Returning Student

I’ve been out of the game five I graduated high school in 2015. I need to go back because I can’t afford to live anymore without a degree of some sort. But I don’t really really know where to start other than applying to the school and for FAFSA. I wanted to look into scholarships and grants but only found ones suggested through the FAFSA website, all of which said they were ‘closed’. I ideally wanted to start Spring of ‘25, but idk if that’ll happen now because of this? Any ideas what I’m supposed to do? I tried googling when they open but all I’m finding is stuff saying to applying between your junior and senior year of high school, which obviously doesn’t apply to me.

Thanks.

Can't apply for arts scholarships on bold

Hello everyone, I hope this isn't a stupid question but I have added so many categories of art to my profile and it still won't let me apply for scholarships in arts. Has anyone else experienced this and does anyone know what I can do to fix it? Maybe I have it under the wrong box but I swear I have it all over my profile. Thanks

I’ve heard of scholarships that are “pocketable” and I’ve heard of people using there scholarship to help with a down deposit on a house or car. Not sure if this is real but I’m a senior and not really looking to go to college in the further but I have a 3.7 Gpa

Hagan scholarship question

The application foe this scholarship asks me to list any adverse family circumstances. As of recently I haven't really had any my home life has been pretty good. But up until 4 years ago we were extremely poor and I moved around the country about 10 times before I turned 12, but my family has gotten comfortable and settled down since I started highschool. Should I talk about this eve though it was a long time ago? I'm 17 now. Do I NEED to list an adverse circumstance?

Looking for Good Transfer Student Scholarships?

I am looking to apply for a transfer into a university, likely in Virginia or Massachusetts. What scholarships can I apply for that will be the easiest to get, and are not for people from families below the upper middle class.

Full ride scholarships

Can someone tell me the easiest full ride scholarships to apply for?? I'm planning on going to UNLV, and I wanna attend without worrying too much, if not at all about my tuition. I have pretty good grades, I just don't know what scholarships would be the best picks and which will actually approve me.
