I am moving to Vermont in the spring and trying to figure out where I should live.
The owner of Green Mountain Eatery seems to be burning lots of bridges. Not only with local utilities, gas, electric and even trash but also owes several employees a good amount of money. How anyone can screw over good people who actually WANT to work, is beyond me. Surprised they aren't closed.
Come join us for our open house at UPS Monday through Friday 10 AM to 3 PM 454 Harvest Ln., Williston, VT

My wife just drove by the court house on Lake St and said it's "absolutely bonkers". Anyone know what could be going on today?
Happened just past 8p and it was quick, yet spectacular...🙂
Does anyone have any personal recommendations for a local garage that does thorough, high quality undercoating? Thanks!
Where can someone find some THC carts? Preferably 2gs
Anyone else notice a couple of troop transport / fat-bellied military aircraft skimming the treetops a couple of hours ago? I was outside here in Fairfield and they were headed northeast. Man they were close!
Thursday 8/29/24. Forest Hill Dr amongst others. Lock your cars and houses!
I’m part of a University of Cambridge research project, and we’re studying how the internet is regulated—who decides what you see online and how much control you should have. Right now, we dont have any participants from Vermont. We really want to hear from all of the States. It’s really important to get some local voices included in this global study!
We just need 6 minutes of your time, and its completely anonymous. Your input could help shape future internet policies that impact us all.
Thanks so much for considering this and helping to make sure Vermont is represented!
Hi neighbors,
Anyone have any strong recommendations for either of the following:
-tree removal
-home window replacement/install
Thanks!
Anyone here ever taken the greyhound bus from St. Albans to montreal? I haven't seen much review of it, the bus station is located at Taylor Park in downtown. How safe would it be to stay around that part of town at 4 am to wait for the bus?
I'm aware of Clarence Brown, but would also like people's opinion on them. I'm also looking to see what other options people use that may not be located near St. Albans, but still deliver here.
Our family is moving back to Vermont soon - we tried a new opportunity in another state and it didn’t pan out so we’re coming back. We lived in Fairfax prior, now looking at St Albans. We have school-aged kids. I’ve heard things here and there about city school, from “it’s terrible stay away” to “it’s wonderful and we love it.” I guess I am looking for more thoughts/input/info about people’s experiences with St Albans City School?
Sen. Sanders will be at Collins Perley at 4pm this Saturday. No politics, just b-ball: He's hosting a free-throw competition for kids ages 5-18. Every participant goes home with a free 🏀

I'd like to learn how to ride a bike - would the Missisquoi Valley Rail Trail be a good place to practice on the weekends? I'm new to the area, so I'm very open to tips/suggestions (both for learning to ride a bike, and in general too)!
