Hello! Looking for someone to rent out a living room space in the apartment I rent with another ASAP. We had a roommate who was the other's cousin that just skipped out on us because he's an alcoholic and has severe mental issues that just came to a head when he tried to fight his cousin. He left behind a room divider so that comes with the space, also a Queen sized mattress and box spring that's in decent condition. It's an affordable unit, $670 in rent with $89-$100 in utilities (that being internet, electricity and gas). We don't have to pay for water, sewage or trash. Apartment is located 10 minutes walk from the Galleria Mall, lots of places around. It's a full kitchen (gas stove, microwave, air fryer, pantry, crock pot, fridge and freezer) balcony, full bathroom and access to fireplace. My current roommate and I are super chill people, just trying to get by in the world. Leave a comment if you're interested or if you have any suggestions for finding people!
None of us are super outgoing, meaning we don't party crazily. We don't go out TOO much, but are open to it. The other two can get a bit loud sometimes, to be honest (they're big gamers), but it's just excitement. No loud yelling and slurs or anything horrendous.
I mean, we're just regular ass dudes we got some flaws. But we're all super approachable and able to take criticism so if you have issues we're always open to hearing them.
I'm slowly becoming a car guy, but am a full time student 3D artist. One just got out of school as a mechanic and keeps getting fired from jobs cause he's new and lacks experience and keeps getting replaced, but he's very resourceful and always makes rent, gotta be open and honest about that. The other does security guard work, lanky guy, he's in a band so he travels away from the house sometimes, mainly small gigs. First guy will be doing what second guy does probably. We all have fallbacks and safeguards in case life goes bad like getting fired or whatever.
We've got a good rental history together though and that'll probably continue.
The more people you got in sac, the better place you can find so let us know if you're interested.
We're all just trying to get by
I’m looking to live anywhere east of Sac. I’m only gonna be in town 3/4 nights a week (traveling salesman). I’m out here touring today and realizing it’s going to be hard semi-nice, in a safe area, for a solid price. I’d like a roomate, but I’m a little tentative (idk anyone here & I’ve heard some bad random roomate stories from CA lol). I have a few 2 bedroom apartments for around 2,400 that are in good locations that I’ve been looking at. If by chance you are looking at one, you are a younger human (I’m 24), and aren’t a murderer, please DM me!
Also, sorry if this comes off douchey, I’m just kinda scared to go random, but at this point I’d like to at least explore the option.
Please see the Craigslist post:

$900 each room.
Feel free to DM me or respond by email.
Hello I am looking to fill two bedrooms at my 3 bed 2 bath place. Rent is $900 each bedroom and includes utilities. The two rooms available would share a bathroom. The home was renovated a little over a year ago. Shared spaces include kitchen, living room, one bathroom, backyard, and garage. Shared spaces come furnished, except for the bathroom. Street parking is available and a shared driveway. The house has vinyl wood floor throughout. Central AC and heat. On-site washer and dryer available. Easy access to HWY 50 and about 15-20 minutes to Sac State. It’s really close to Walmart, Safeway, Target, and Costco. No pets, no smoking, no kids. Looking for females to fill the rooms, and would be open to a couple (we can discuss logistics and price).
About me: I am a working professional and graduated from sac state a few years ago. I don’t drink much usually just when I go out, I currently WFH, go to the gym, spend time with family, like to go to concerts, I like to try new food. I don’t always have friends over but when I do we just have a girls night with 1-2 girls. Feel free to dm me for more info about the rooms /home and about myself!
Hi! I’m looking for a studio or ADU, preferably something within a reasonable drive (15-20min) to Rancho Cordova as that’s where I am most of the week. I’m a graduate student, excellent credit (740+), excellent rental history, always pay rent and bills on time, very clean, responsible, and quiet. Please let me know if you know of anything! Thank you.
I’m wanting to move away from property managers and would like to work with a property owner. I’ve been wasting time trying to get my current property manager to make needed repairs. It’s clear that regular repairs or maintenance is not their concern. I’d prefer an owner rental agreement so care for the property is a mutual benefit. I’m a tenant who takes pride of their home and wants to care for the property I live in and will work with the owner if problems arise. I hope this resonates with a rental owner out there.
Hi everyone, I have a 4 bedroom/ 2 bathroom single story home for rent. Located in Sacramento Country, Rosemont community which is conveniently nestled in between Elk Grove and Rancho Cordova. 20 min drive to midtown. House is updated with recently renovated bathroom and flooring. Fenced in front and back yard. Pet friendly.
Rent: $2800/ month with no utilities included.
Semi furnished and midterm rental also available. Can also work out individual room rental as well.
Please DM for more info. Serious and qualified renters only. Need renter's insurance.
Here is the posting!
Hi! I’m a women in my late 20s looking for a roommate to share a 2 bed/1 bath or 2 bed/2 bath. I’m hoping to moving by the end of February and is flexible with the date. I have a senior dog who is super friendly with people but unfortunately not friendly with other animals
One apartment I’m interested in is College Grove apartments (https://www.apartments.com/college-grove-apartments-sacramento-ca/snmmmq7/). A 2 bed/2 bath is $1845-1925. Has laundry facilities and washer dryer hookup in unit. Has one assigned parking but can pay for another one. I’m open to other places as well.
More about me and what I’m looking for: I commute to Stockton daily for work and try to go to bed by 10-11pm on weekdays. I like going on walks, hikes, and trying to get back to a workout routine. My dog (Honey) rarely barks and is asleep most of the time. She’s only had 2 accidents from an unset stomach in the 3 years that I’ve had her. She likes to roam around the house but is ok with closed doors if you don’t want her in your space. I try to keep the living area clean and be considerate and respectful. I’m looking for someone who’d do the same. Please also be LGBTQ+ friendly
Please reach out if you are interested or have any questions! We can meet up or talk over the phone to see if we are a good fit before signing a lease
28M 🏳️🌈, looking for a room or apartment to rent from end of February to May (flexible). I’m moving to Sac for my job, I work for Southwest Airlines and I need a room temporarily until I can get my own apartment. I have a kitty as well 🐱
Two college students seeking a third roommate and/or a place to rent.
We’re looking for two rooms available for rent in the East Sac or Sac State area, with a combined budget of $1,500/month ($750 each). We are looking to move in early to mid May.
Alternatively, if you’re interested in becoming our third roommate, we’d love to team up and search for an apartment within a similar budget.
Let us know if you’re interested or have any leads!
Does anyone have affordable apartment options that they would recommend for a 2 bed room apartment or house for rent? My bf and I are hoping to be around midtown or east Sacramento area for work but open to surrounding areas if it’s safe.
We are hoping to find something less than $2300. Just really trying to save money the first year of relocating there.
Thank you!
I’m looking for someone to take over my lease and sign a new 1 year lease with my current roommate. Looking for someone who is available to move in at the end of February or beginning of March.
It is a room in a 2bed 1 bath apartment located on the 3rd floor of an old Victorian in the mansion flat neighborhood.
The deposit is $800 And rent is $950 + utilities ($60-$120) depending on the time of year. The room has a ceiling fan + AC/heater wall unit in the bedroom. Your roommate is a 25 year old female working professional with 2 sweet kitties.
Hello! I’m helping a family member find a room to rent in the Sacramento area. His budget is $800 per month, and he’s looking to move in on March 1, 2025.
I’ve reached out to several individuals on Facebook Groups, Marketplace, and even Craigslist, but it seems like most of the leads are either scams or unreliable people who don’t respond to calls or emails. If you have any information or leads, it would be greatly appreciated! ✨🤞🏼✨
2 bedrooms available in 3/2 house. Ideally one female in each room but open to a couple in one bedroom. No pets sorry (last roommates cat tore up a lot of furniture). Shared garage (for storage), kitchen, bathroom (if a couple then it’s your own), living room/dinning room. Backyard has a shed, garden beds and fruit trees. There is also on site washer and dryer. Shared utilities. Located in Rancho Cordova with easy freeway access. The house was completely renovated a year ago so it’s very updated. Message me for details. Must have a job and pass background checks.
Hello! We are a couple F27 M29 looking for room to rent around Sacramento/Rancho area around $1k. Will need to vacate current room by end of February. If you have an available room please dm and I will answer any questions you might have.
Does anyone have any insight about these apartments? I’m touring soon and I know they’ll hype it up. I haven’t been able to find any real reviews aside from the five star Google ones.
The property near it, The Eisley, has awful reviews.
Why are all the houses in Sacramento super nice on the outside, but inside they havnt been updated since the 90s or early 2000s?? We were looking to move there but literally NONE of the houses are renovated or updated!! (Ok we found ONE that was) but What gives??? It's like if you want to rent a nice place there you have to live in an apartment which we will not do. We need atleast 3 BRs but preferably 4
Hey everyone. Im trying to move out with my girlfriend. but I am unable to break my lease. The lease is lasting until July 31st, but I did not want to personally wait that long. I’m currently looking for someone to take over my lease, I pay 1375 a month (That includes parking in the complex which itself is 175 a month.) for a 2 bedroom shared with a roommate male. He is very clean and I also have kept the apartment very clean. might be a lower rate for you though since I had to pay for extra stuff added on to my lease. DM me for any specific questions. I’ll be happy to answer!
I have a room for rent for $550 plus about $120 in utilities. The room is available ASAP and is a 4 bedroom 2 bath. Women only please. Pets negotiable. PM for additional questions or details. The house is about 10 minutes from sac state and the 65th target.
My roommate moved out suddenly so I am looking for a new one to take over their part of the lease. It’s a 2 bedroom apartment. You would get the master bedroom with your own private bathroom. Your share of rent every month would be $890.48 plus half the utilities. I have two cats so you’d have to be cool with pets. I’m female but I don’t mind if you are female or male as long as it’s the right fit. Feel free to message me if you are interested and I’ll be happy to answer any questions.
Hello! I’m currently occupying a studio apartment at the Crossing at Wyndham, but I plan on leaving in March due graduate school. The lease was one year, ending in December of 2025. Sorry, I got acceptance into this school last minute and could not pass up the opportunity. It’s a studio apartment on the third floor, $1300 a month not including utilities. The space is a bit on the older side, but has central air/heating, and newer appliances. Let me know if you’re interested in taking over!
