I remember when i first started the game as Sith Warrior every new lightsaber I got it had slots for hilt, enchantment etc, but now I just don't get them with those slots at all, there's only a slot for crystal, and down the augment kit with augment

I'm a returning player. I started the game back when it first released. I still have the box (in the office closet) that the Darth Maul figurine came in. I've played all classes and enjoyed the Jugg, Commando and Sorc the most.

I'm looking to get back into the game. I logged in recently and my old guild is gone. What I would like is to find a mature guild to join. I'd love to start a new toon (so that I may relearn) and to group with some other adventurers and to grow with them. I'd be happy to play as a commando/sorc and heal my fellow squad mates or to even play as a juggy and tank.

I do not want to join a guild that talks politics. I've been to both fleets and the gen chat is trash for the most part I'm sorry to say. A guild with disc would be preferential.

What I have to offer: I know how to get along with others. I listen when the squad leader is giving directions. I don't judge others for what they believe in, as long as they don't try to cram their own ideas down my throat. Legacy level 50, and yes, I do plan on using those perks! I've got a mic and use Disc. I am available to play most of the time. I'm retired and this is my hobby.

What I would like the guild to have: people willing to teach a returning player. Guild perks for exp gain. No politics, or at least not have it as the major talking point in Disc. People that play.

Any suggestions?

Kinda almost want it as an outfit option

They usually release the event calendar on swtor.com at the end of the prior month but we are already into December and I have not seen anything official about events happening in December. Have I missed something? Was hoping to see if double xp was happening this month or not.

I'm an old returning player that's using the Steam login and I'm wondering if someone can help with a problem I'm having.

Every time I start the game and log in it requires me to agree to both the EULAs again each time. Does everyone have to do this? Or is there a different way to launch the game to avoid that?

I had left the game alone for a few years, but came back to realize I couldn't access my OG account. No big loss as the only story mode I ever completed was the Sith Warrior.

But now I am eating up OG story modes and close to finishing my fourth, a half way sort of thing. I have completed Sith Inquisitor, Jedi Knight, Imperial Agent and nearing completion for Republic Soldier.

So, my question is would y'all recommend taking one of my completed 4 characters on to the next part of the story expansions and all the way to the end of the current content and then go back and finish up the last 4 story modes later? OR should I just get all the origins out of the way and become the Legendary Super Nerd?

I'm returning player after more than a decade of inactivity. Sorry if this question has been asked before but I couldn't find a good answer anywhere. I want to familiarize myself with the details of the events leading up to the beginning of the game's class stories but I'm having a hard time finding any detailed resources. I've played KOTOR and KOTOR 2 so I'm familiar with the background developed in those games. I want to know more about the war between the Sith Empire and Republic before the game takes place and the important characters and events involved so I can understand the class stories and the overarching story of the game better.

Hello everyone! I have been playing swtor on and off since its release but I do seem to be unsure of what to do after I finish the story. I got into some of the RP for a bit, did some FP’s but I’ve been a little anxious about trying master FP or operations etc… the end game stuff basically? Haven’t really had a group of friends to do group content with either which would have made that easier I would think haha.

I’m lvl 80, did all base class stories on both Rep. and Emp. Sides, I mostly play between my consular/Sage and inquisitor/sorcerer and just started the basilisk missions yesterday to repair it/upgrade it

So just wondering if anybody has any advice for me? And how I can get better lvl 80 gear that’s higher than green quality 328 as well as any other advice for the basilisk droid and any fun group content

Where do i get them? Mine are stuck at 324 and I don't find any better ones. Using Hyde and Zeek to upgrade the rest of my stuff, and the legendary implants get upgraded at their own vendor.

How do I upgrade my relics to higher ranks, and do any of them boost my crit?

Hello! I have seen this game for quite a while on my for you page as a star wars fan. It looked cool but recently I saw that PVP was "killed" and I love to have competition in games. Unfortunately I was also too young during this game's prime years, so I'm wondering if it's worth putting time into it as it's pretty old. I can tell it has some activity as I see some videos about it every now and then.

Hello, I wear the dread harbringer armor set from the DvL vendor My friend wears another dread armor (it glows purple too). When I look at my friend his mask and chest are glowing with a smooth fade as it should be. When I look at my self the mask and parts of the chest are flickering ( doesn’t seem to be the way it was supposed to be ) My friend has the same problem When looks at his character , it flickers When he looks at me it’s smooth So the armors only seem to show right to other players but not my self Is that a bug I can fix myself ? Has anyone else noticed it ?

Hey, me and some friends have jumped back into swtor after some time! We were mostly RP'rs and now just doing casual PvE. Looking to hopefully do more end game stuff.

Just looking for some advice/guidance of how to build my character/best ways to get loot! And also ideal classes to play.

Currently playing a Sith Marauder (Annihilation) with Sith Sorc secondary (No Combat style set yet).

I wanted to return to the game after a few years and after playing for a bit I decided to get a subscription after which immediately upon the next launch, my GPU got messed up so bad (input not supported by monitor) I had to clean install my drivers in safe mode to actually have visual on my monitor again. I checked the client_settings.ini and the resolution fits (1920x1080) and also tried disabling v-sync as I saw somebody say it didn't mesh well with his comp but that didn't help.

Anyone got a clue? Issue isn't consistent just frequent which just further baffles me.

I just finished playing the Story mode for The Foundry. It had been years since I've been there, so I had forgotten the "surprise" boss at the end. I knew talking with the Moff and Malgus that they were talking about the Star Forge from SWKOR, but I didn't immediately make the connection between the "three hundred year old Jedi" and Revan until I heard his first monologue and HK (mah boi!) popped up.

Anyway, I'm playing a neutral-aligned Sith warrior that sided with the Revanites on Dromund Kas. The teachings of Revan appealed to him as someone who followed the Sith code but wasn't like those other lunatics who go out of their way to cause arbitrary suffering. I'm just a little disappointed that the Cult of Revan, to the extent that your character is technically a member, is no longer relevant after that mission.

The next time you encounter something Revan-related is that mission on Nar Shaddaa, and while it makes no mention of your affiliation with the cult you can at least honor the teachings of Revan by how you handle the situation.

Next time is when you meet the man himself in The Foundry. If you're a Revanite, this is basically like meeting Joseph Smith. It should be a big moment and offer something unique if you're following that path. But nope, the interaction is scripted to end with a fight against the crazy man that wants to wipe out half of galactic civilization because he is probably mind-controlled by Vitiate. You can mention the cult, but it's more of an off-hand comment and a call-back to the beginning of the game.

I think there was an expansion where Revan comes back again, but I don't think you being a Revanite was very relevant then either. Like... maybe I want to help him or at least talk him down from a sympathetic perspective?

I run Master FPs with my sith warrior tank and currently (well, always have) used Grit Teeth. What I noticed though, is the fact that I don't really "get to use" the effect of said tactical. Most fights are over before I can use Saber Ward again because damage is so high.

So I wondered, might Leviathans Hide be worth using? The tool tip it says it only increases damage reduction by 2.5% for 10 seconds for each target Crushing Blow hits but what I noticed is that Crushing blow can actually have a cooldown below it's normal 12 seconds with the crit perk option in the feat tree.

So, what if I use CB, get the tactical buff for 10 seconds and then within those 10 seconds are able to use CB again? Does the buff stack up to x2 (5% damage reduction). On Vulkk.com the guide for 7.0 says this might work if a bug with the cooldown on crit reduction for CB is being fixed - but since then the guide hasn't been updated.

Does anyone know if this works? I feel like in most situations constant damage reduction would be worth more compared to a lower Saber Ward CD that I can't effectively use.

I just finished the Commando story. The entire time I was waiting for some bomb to drop about Garza, or some kind of crazy betrayal from her. This was based on what I've seen on this sub about how people feel about her.

But nothing like that ever happened. What am I missing? Why do so many people dislike her? I thought she was one of the better main story NPC guides.

Its been a while but I want to jump back in to finish some class stories.

Trooper is left and I want to level either as Lethality or Ruffian. So my question is which do people find more visually appealing in their animations.
