Is that really what i was hearing at tonight’s game? It’s obviously a thing. Everyone was chanting it. But why? What’s the history? I’m not really a hockey fan admittedly. But I’ve been to games before. I do love sports. MLB. NFL in particular and love the history. Especially baseball history. So this naturally intrigued me. . Thanks
Good game tonight as well!!
…. That class thou. I was waiting for someone to get checked and smash the glass 😜😜😜🤷
Welcome to the daily discussion thread for the South Carolina Stingrays! This is the perfect place to post questions, pictures, videos, or anything related to the team.
Have fun!
The South Carolina Stingrays have unveiled their official game schedule for the 2022-23 season.
This year culminates the Stingrays 30th season in the ECHL!
Seen we released Klimek and Craighead. Craighead was a mistake letting go very talented speedster. Klimek was fine to let go, no toughness in front of own net. I seen Fraser was released would like to see him return, not the best fighter but played very physical and we need that. Also bring Collins back up.
After playing just the tip to get in time for the rays to go full thrust baby! Beat the everblades!
Going to my first game shortly and I see a bunch of open seats behind the players benches but it says obstructed view. What obstructs the view? Any advice on sections to avoid or prefer? Thanks!
Taking kid to our first SR game tonight. Ticketmaster charges $40 service fee. Is the best place to get tickets at the Coliseum? Thanks!
(UPDATE) Thanks for the feedback all. Short line and game was awesome!
Doesn’t even look like this page is still active but is there a way to meet players after the games?
Good afternoon!
This is Parker Milner, goaltender for the Stingrays. I wanted to introduce you to a media platform that I'm working on called Pregame Skate. Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, subscribers to Pregame Skate receive a newsletter that includes headlines and analysis on things going on in the hockey world. I am writing these newsletters and wanted to let you all know that we will be having our first conference call next Wednesday at 6 p.m. Through this and other conference calls, we will dive into set topics but also open them up to live question and answer segments where listeners can ask the players, coaches and scouts on the calls anything they want. Next week will feature Adam Morrison and I, and we will discuss the life of a minor league goaltender, among other things. Only subscribers can access these calls, but I wanted to share the link for code RAYS, as 20% will go back to the Stingrays Booster Club. Click this link to subscribe with this code and listen in next Wednesday!
Last year was our first time going and had pretty decent prices on merch. Anyone else planning on going? The fam and I are attending (Ill be the giant with the hyper 2 year old)
Tonight is the first game I'm watching on the Monumental sports network stream. It's pretty good! Hopefully we come out with a stronger third period!
I know this is a long shot, but I was wondering if anyone had any additional information about the "Help the Homeless" promotional game on Thursday. I am trying to go with a fair number (10ish) of my coworkers, will it be unlikely for all of us to end up sitting next to each other? Are the BOGO seats only for the upper bowl? This is also my first Stingrays game, is there a beginner's guide to the Stingrays/North Charleston Coliseum?
