Really interested in picking up some of the older sc62 models. I'm mostly looking for the 62w but I'm open to any of them really. We can talk about price if you have one available!
Why would you favor the SC62? Why not a SC64?
They were discontinued and I can't find them anywhere. I'm only interested in the SC62w.
So this would be the first decent flashlight I've ever owned. My questions are:
Does it come with the clip so I can carry it easily?
It doesn't come with a battery, right? What's the best battery for it? Do i just get the one the site recommends?
What's the best charger for the battery?
Hey guys, I have a few noob questions:
Thanks!
Greetings, oh great peer-pressures of the Lumen Orthodox Church of Zebralight
I have realized my flashlight arsenal is not complete without an SC62. However, I can't decide between the cool or neutral variants.
I have a NW TN12 2016 edition, which is the only NW light I own. I am a big of an of the tint overall, but I've heard your mileage may vary with the SC62.
Does anyone have both, and can provide some beamshots comparing tint?
I received my replacement SC62w today! Turnaround from dropping off the defective light at the post office on the 11th to today was 9 days, not bad! ZebraLight responded within 24 hours of my request with no questions asked and an RMA number. I'd give the entire experience with ZL 10/10, but am going to settle for a 9 because I had to pay for shipping the light back to them.
Overall though it was a very positive experience for a sad circumstance. I'll definitely continue to be a ZL customer in the future (maybe a headlamp next?)
The switch on the SC62w I just received several days ago seems to have died a sudden death. I was using the light on H1 when it shut off abruptly and it will not come back on.
The battery I was using in the light was a brand new ZL634 (ZebraLight's 18650/3400mAh battery). I've also tried another full ZL634 battery and the light still will not come on. It also does not respond to the four-click interface to check the battery.
I've filed a request with ZebraLight that I'm waiting to hear back on, wanted to know if anyone here has experienced anything similar or knows if maybe I locked it out somehow.
what are the differences?
