I'm looking for recommendations for serious books or websites with information about the modern Russian armed forces: organization, tactics, equipment. There is a lot of information available, but I feel a bit overwhelmed by it all and would hence be interested in particularly reliable and/or curated sources. It doesn't have to be flashy. I have a good background in knowledge about the Soviet armed forces of the late Cold War, and now I would like to update my knowledge. A first priority would be sources on Russian special forces and how they would be used in grey zone situations and the opening stages of a war. Thanks!
Hello,
I'm an reservist from kangarooland and I'm absolutely obsessed with everything Russian, particularly things relating to the military. Do any of you fine comrades know an online store I could get a quality telnyashka?

I need to know this for a story I'm writing, thanks to anyone who replies.
We recently created a new subreddit specifically for Middle Eastern geopolitics and news, which also covers the global ramifications of events which take place in the middle east. Feel free to join our subreddit, and get many new and different perspective on events that take place in the Middle East.

I've read a fair bit about this vehicle, but one thing which seems to be inconclusive, at least on the English speaking internet, is just how many actually went into service.
From what I've read purpotedly the contract was cancelled (but with work commencing on a drone variant recently that's being trialled). Though before that occurred a hundred of so were built, which have gone on to serve with the army.
However, that's the extent of what I could find. No information on which units, or in which locations they were issued. Or rather if they're all just sitting in a mothball somewhere.
Could anyone fill me in on this at all? It'd be appreciated.
