We are from a Psychology lab at Vanderbilt University, doing not-for-profit federally funded research on visual perception. We are looking to build a pool of participants 18-45, from small towns (the smaller the better!) in the US.

I moved to a very rural town in Missouri that sits right next to conservation land that allows archery hunting. I’ve been walking on the hiking trails all summer long. Well it’s hunting season now and I have no idea what the etiquette is. I obviously do not want my dog or myself to get accidentally shot and I don’t want to mess up a day of hunting for someone.
Should I take a break from walking those trails? Should me and my dog wear high visibility gear? Should I avoid talking on my phone if walking out there? Thanks for any insight you can give me!
Is it normal practice to let kids cross a secondary highway during drop off? Bus stops and the kids get out on the right, then have to sprint across the road to their stop. Road is 100km/h.
Saw a bus do it today and I've never seen it before. Seems kinda sketchy. Wonder if it's worth saying anything.
I wish this site had a much larger community.
1st harvest
I took this video during mating season who knew how graceful they can be.
George A. Nelson was an American dairy farmer, farm organization leader, and socialist politician in Wisconsin in the 1920's. I would like to read some of his writings. I am willing to purchase a copy or rent a copy of "Farmers, where are we going?" or any of his other works but none of the links/libraries have copies of it available. Do you have better search skills than me?
Our 2nd harvest and still have a bunch more on the tree.
