As I tend to travel lightly with only cabin bag, there is usually not much room to being back souvenirs from my airplane travels.
On the other hand, a nice vinyl singl is flat and fits in my bag nicely and I'll always be happy to play it at home and remember where I got it.
So, as Google was not much of help,it snowed me the Musiikkiliike musiikkikauppa, which, as it seems, is only good for musical instruments, rather than records, is there a vinyl store in Rovaniemi?
Kiitos paljon!
Hello, I will be visiting in beg of November for 4 days. When i search on the internet, i see that average activity price (any activity) is 140€. is this accurate? also, where would you recommend hiking? and how is it ? and is it possible to fish? if so how? and what are the best 4 restaurants to try 😊 and if possible 4 activities for beg of November to not miss! Thank you !!
Hi! I'll be visiting Rovaniemi in Nov and was wondering if I can get advice from people here. I'll be staying near the city centre at Rovakatu.
I know it's a small town and buses seem to come up often as a mode of public transport. Is that the recommended mode of public transport? Are there shared bicycle rental available? Any apps like HSL which help plot routes and/or buy tickets?
Travelling from Asia so will really want to take the chance to experience Fnnish food culture. Any good recommendations? What I've gathered so far online are places like Nili, Roka, Gustav, Ravintola.
I'm also looking for a good cafe with good coffee where I can sit for hours buried in a book.
Other than the Santa Claus villages and Angry Bird playground, I also saw the Arktikum and Korundi that seemed interesting. Are these places recommended? Anything else worth checking out that's sort of the same energy?
Thanks!
Hi there! I’m from London, and will be visiting Rovaniemi next February. I have never been to Finland before, and am wanting to go mainly to experience the snowy environment, see the northern lights, and also engage with Finnish and Lappish culture. The thing is, I have booked an airbnb cottage but it’s an hour drive from Rovaniemi city, and I can’t seem to find any information on public transport. The lady who owns the house told me that a taxi there costs €150 each way, does this sound abut right? Is there any other platforms for getting a ride, such as a ridesharing app? Otherwise, it may be best to hire a car.
Thanks, and any information would be greatly appreciated :)
