There’s a loose domestic rabbit (I’m 100% sure it’s not a wild bunny) near Bandini/Olivewood streets. It is not fenced in but seems to stay around the same house. Most likely dumped or released, but could have escaped. I would hate to see it fall victim to disease or predators.

Anyone interested in helping catch it and rehome it, or ideas? I will speak to the homeowners whose property it is on before taking any action.

Just ranting. I was driving around downtown and noticed there was a bail bond businesses on every freaking corner. Man there should be more restaurants or other shops instead of that -_- I saw like 6 within the span of a couple blocks

It seems to me that many locals here pronounce the park's name as "fair-MONT" rather than "fair-MOUNT." I even asked my coworkers and some customers today about how they personally say it, and I think I might be the only one who actually pronounces it as "fair-MOUNT." The voiceover on the RTA Line 29 bus says it the same way as I do, too. Like, am I tripping, or what? 🤣

That being said, I thought I'd ask here and do a fun poll on this subject. So, how do you personally pronounce the park's name?

I'm visiting my hometown in a couple weeks. When I lived there (30+ years), I never thought I needed a souvenir, but I moved away last year and now I want a keepsake. With that being said, does anyone know where I can get a souvenir shot glass? I'm thinking downtown but I also don't want to make a bunch of stops when I don't have a lot of time there. THANKS!
