Video doesn’t do justice. there were 2-3x as many flying around my street. Cool looking birds but the sound is terrifying. Never seen this many in my backyard, and for so long they are still out there it’s been like 30 minutes.
Few months back it was the shark, then hurricanes, next it will be cold or some other “crisis”
People just sharing to get likes and get attention from people or are crises actually bad and more common? I seen a few about drought and rainfall a few days apart do which is it? 😅

Anything that is real or based on True events around the RGV anywhere, to post on my subreddit r/RealAndScaryStories And I'm about to post my own scary stories that I've experienced in my house and since when I was a teenager.
I have not post anything yet. But I'm going to start to write today and within few hours or tomorrow depends. My scary stories will be posted on my sub.
Also I'm going to find Random scary YouTube videos about real scary legends and myths and in anywhere in the world And also from here The Valley too. And if you want to you can send me YouTube videos about scary stories from anywhere else or The Valley too
(Note: when I say anywhere - I don't just mean from anywhere here in the Valley - I was meant to say like for example San Antonio, Dallas, Austin, Amarillo, Anywhere in Texas, but also from out of Texas too, like around the world too)
But I'm looking forward to post more of real life scary stories and legends myths etc anything from The Valley too.
All through Oct 31st.
I should have started to post on my sub on Oct 1st but I couldn't because I was too busy that day.
So I'm about to start today.. Not literally right now since I'm working too. But I'll try to hurry up and I'll post.

I was talking to a friend from Brownsville about differences between the two.
It seems that the differences/separation has been going on for decades.
I think that while the RGV as a whole is very similar there are some minor differences between the upper and lower valley.
I'll jump into it with my thoughts on South Padre Island:
If you're from the upper valley you go to spi maybe once a year at most, if that.
If you're from the lower valley you go to the island multiple times a year.
I grew in the 90s and raised by authoritarian mexican parents that acted like childrens only needs were housing, clothing, and feeding. They both worked and when they got home they'd sit and watch the news or novela and then go to sleep.. my after school days were basically spent watching TV. This happened everyday until I got some close friends around middle school and throughout highschool.. now that I'm in my 30s I have a spouse and kids, i quit my job last year to better care for our new born. I've found that screen time is even worse than when I was a kid, it feels like I'm actively or passively watching something (even if it's in the background while doing chores or playing with the baby). I checked my phone stats and it said I was using it for about 30 to 40 hours a week.. that's a full-time job! I've tried to stop but sitting in a quiet house is terrifying.. the baby is rather demanding and takes very short naps during the day so I can't really do much outside (he ll cry and I end up running back inside).. any suggestions?
Does anyone know why the gas station electronic payment processing machines are not working (typically at night)?
I experienced this tonight back to back with three gas stations, one being different from Valero
