Welcome to the Rikudou subreddit!
Rikudou was first picked up to be translated by IRSTLand back in 2014, and later Imperial Scans in 2015, however both groups have gone into retirement. In 2016, MangaStream properly picked it up, but unfortunately had to drop it as well.
Hitsujikai Scanlation and Kami No Te Scans have both translated chapters on and off, but only two or three at a time. We've had four different translation teams working on Rikudou in 2018 alone, with Mono Scans having picked up the series properly on August 26.

What do you think about this ?
I've read the manga when it was active and it's just sooooooo great but I still have it in my mind , did Riku won on his last match , even it wasn't a match for the WBC belt but what you think about it . Do you think as well like me that the author sped the things up a little bit to let Riku face the WBC champion at the age of 19 ? And that he endded it without any happy point just darkness all over the story ? Still a great manga for me but don't think it's going to have an anime ever for it's darkness

Whats weightclass is Riku, idk if they ever included that in the manga but I don't remember them specifying what weightclass Riku has been fighting in.

Is there a chance of rikudou ever getting animated?
Stupid question. I know this wont happen in the near future, cause rikudou is kinda unpopular. But maybe in 50 years? Ill be alive by then hopefully.
This manga is just too good. I wanna see some moments animated.

new to manga
hey i just started reading rikudou and see there’s 182 chapters on mangasee123. when i look at it on MAL it shows to have 241 chapters, just wondering if they haven’t been translated to english yet or something else. i already like the story a lot so just wondering before i get super invested lol, thanks.
