Not too sure how I feel about continuing to wait for reprints when my order has now surpassed the 3 year mark. Their response is vague at best. And they even advised to look for used copies? Sounds like it is not a priority for reprints and I'm unsure how much longer the wait would be...
Anyone in the same boat as me and have been waiting for 3+ years?
Would love any help writing to VIZ requesting reprints for Natsume if you can (whether you ordered the series or not). Hoping to put the series on their radar so they can make it more of a priority to reprint it 🥲
I miss RightStuf so much! I loved having my manga order arriving together instead of being shipped separately. The prices were unbeatable. I haven't been buying manga because nothing compares to RS. BAM is alright but like I said, they shipped their stuff separately and when somethings gets sold out, it's gone. So I can't tell if they will restock or not.
Anyone else having the same issue? I had added a bunch of blu-rays I wanted to buy in the future and now my entire list is gone. Support said they're doing maintenance on the server but searching through the subreddit suggests there are other issues at play.
Recently moved to Kalamazoo and looking for active gym friends who love anime and are of both sexes?
Hess Trucks put the wrong address for product to be delivered. It was delivered to a non-existent address.
When I tried to make a claim that it was lost or stolen they told me it wasn't their fault and it was delivered.
Absolutely worthless. FYI: Hess wouldn't help me either and I lost $51.00.
Anyone know any good discord severs and/or ananyway to make friends that actively watch anime.
I watched an anime a long time ago about a guy that lives in countryside that meets a long purple haired girl.. don’t remember much of that Then he moves to the city trying to find her, meets new friends a big group there is a short blue haired girl he ends up dating one of the guys friends ends up dying… his old long purple haired girl comes into the pic again after he is already dating short blue hair girl I think she plays soccer. He starts hanging with purple hair girl again and his short hair girlfriend is onto him. A lot happens I don’t remember, at the end he was at some festival in his countryside with long hair girl while short hair girl is goes and sees him and waits for him till dark at his countryside home only for him to be hanging with ex. He comes in the house and she is there sitting and she calls him a liar! Best part I remember is the liar part! PLEASE HELP!
So I have an open order that I made from Rightstuf that's almost 2 years old now. and I was wondering if they are still being honoured by Crunchyroll or if I should just cancel it?
Specifically want to hear if anyone has recently gotten any or when their last shipment was received from old Rightstuf orders.
like 2-3 months after Crunchyroll acquired RightStuf I received a couple articles of my open order but since then nothing, all my open orders were OoS so it's possible they are still OoS or even OoM now.
Just throwing this out here before I contact Crunchyroll to cancel it.
For reference the articles that are still pending are if anyone knows if some are OoM feel free to break the bad news please:
Kimi ni Todoke: From me to you: Manga Volume 29
Natsume's Book of Friends: Manga Volumes 3, 4, 6, 14, 15, 20, 21
its november 10th and no weekly deals or announcements of them.... i think they only did it last year to shut us up.... brace for disappointment folks.
I pre-order a Noah Wynknight before the merge and I haven't heard anything about the pre-orders or from crunchyroll (I email them 5 days ago) has anyone got their? (I know that it might be a stretch asking here)
I still try to fine a classic manga series that I read whan i was in secondary school
Characters: the main character is a teen boy who learned martial arts and he fights with bare hands or using long staf
Setting: in old Japanese time same time line with samurai or like in murim

Hi, so I used to order some explicit mangas from RightstufAnime but since Crunchyroll bought them I have been at a loss. Has anyone found any luck with a legit site that sells explicit manga?
UPDATE: Crunchyroll got back with them and said the figures were oversold even though they were preorders and I wouldn't be getting them. They're giving me a refund, but it sucks to think if I never contacted them about it they just would have taken my money and ran with it. Hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else on here.
I preordered 2 figures from Rightstuf before the merger and I still haven't received them three plus months after they were supposed to be released. They used to be available on Crunchyroll's store but now they're completely gone as in their not even on the website anymore. I've contacted Crunchyroll store customer service twice and nothing. Has anyone else had this problem? I'm not sure what to do at this point since its outside of Paypal's refund window, but I still have the order number and proof of payment on the legacy website.
I paid for everything included extra shipping cost, and I received my items around 1 1/2 week later. 1 month later (which is now) I receive an extra invoice of about half the original amount (about 65$) for extra shipping cost. Never was that mentioned either by fedex or crunchyroll, its mind boggling to me. Did that happened to anyone else here? Is there a way out of this? what happened if you dont pay? I made another order last week and now im scared im gonna have an even more juicy extra invoice, anyway to cancel orders once they are shipped?
So I sent crunchyroll a customer service request regarding my Pop Up Parade L Aqua Bunny ver. preorder that had not yet shipped. When they got back to me, they told me that due to an inventory error, I would not be receiving it, and I would be getting a refund. (If you preordered her through Rightstuf, I suggest canceling that order and getting a refund) Fortunately, I only have 3 remaining pre-orders. One was actually in stock at the big bad toy store, and the other was in stock at Crunchyroll(yuck). I was fortunately able to nap the last preorder on Gundam Planet for the last one. If you have any remaining preorders, I would suggest you consider canceling and order from elsewhere before it's too late.
Edit: Fixed dude. To and added punctuation.
So last year, I had preordered a figure on Rightstuf, and I decided to go with Sezzle to pay for it since I mainly use that for more expensive orders.
Once the merger happened and after the figure finally released this year, I would occasionally (maybe once or twice a month) check on the order status on the legacy website for orders placed on the old website. But so far, it still says pending shippment, especially with the figure I preordered having already been released and available on other online stores.
The question I mainly want to ask is, if I were to contact the CR customer support people and give them the info for my order, will I possibly be charged the full amount for the order even though I paid for it with Sezzle and have since paid off the amount from that purchase?
Or will they just go ahead and send me my order if the item is in stock?
hi! i have an old rightstufanime giftcard i got for christmas, can i use it on crunchy roll or do i need to contact them?
Is anyone else experiencing Light novel and manga with release dates from May/ June (and trend continuing ) in July haven't shipped yet?
I have some items that got released on May 14 that haven't shipped yet at all... and same with June orders too.
I tried to reach out to CS, but the response I get (when you actually get one) is laughably pathetic...
Anyone else have any luck getting an answer on why they seem to have delays getting inventory when John Doe's 1 man online anime store based in rural Alaska seems to have no problem getting inventory?
I've been getting emails from BuyAnime for awhile now. They started a month or two after RS merged from CR. Can't get anything about it to come up a with a google, and I know I don't have an account.
Hello! Ever since rightstuf merged with crunchyroll i’ve heard nothing but bad news. Are they still working the summer sale or is that just not a thing anymore? Either way i’d like to know of other websites where i can buy in bulk for good deals. Any suggestions?
It is 24 bucks though so that’s cool ig. Wish I hadn’t been too poor to support Nozomi’s continued endeavor before…
Hi all,
I was wondering if anyone had some recommendations for site alternatives for manga that offer FREE SHIPPING (or a fixed shipping rate) to Canada for the same/similar prices that RSA offered because buying books in Canada is incredibly expensive and the majority of suggestions I've found only suggest US based companies and sites that do not ship to Canada or are very vague about how much that shipping will actually be.
If the shipping ends up making the manga cost just as much to have them shipped here as it would cost to go to Amazon or Indigo then there's no point. But like I said, buying books in general here is incredibly expensive. I've already been told about buyanime.com which seems to be close to what I'm looking for but there's two red flags I'm seeing. One being that the buyer would be taking on the Fedex delivery charge which scales with the size of the order (eliminating the point of mass ordering from the US) and the second being that they have all of their LGBTQIA+, BL/Yaoi and GL/Yuri shoved under the "18+ Adult Content" tab during Pride month of all things, and many (if not most) of those manga are rated 13+. If anyone has any insight on what ordering BL or GL from them is like, I'd love to know how it went.
Any suggestions would be welcome, but please keep them limited to ones that offer cheap prices, a diverse selection that aren't just the Shonen Jump special and ship to Canada, ideally for free or with a flat shipping rate that doesn't fluctuate depending on order size.
I had an pre Order from September 2023 and release date were on End of April 2024. Unfornately its near 1 week already and still haven't heard from ex rightstufanime yet. I did tried to use the contact us link on crunchyroll website but have not heard anything from crunchyroll customer service yet. Does anyone experience this problem before? Or know what to do next? Thanks
Does Crunchyroll do Discotek Sales like RightStuf did, and if so when is the sale? Thank you
Hope you guys are okay with me asking a question. I have purchased like 4 Figures on October of last year before the whole Rigth stuff/Crunchyroll merge situation and I just recently got charged for one of them I was expecting to be charged once they have all of my order together or did I just confuse myself on the whole purchasing system when rigth stuff was independent? Any info would definitely be appreciated.
Anyone else notice on the Crunchyroll store that manga that were to be released in April don't seem to be shipping? Items are still marked as preorder on the site and the estimated ship date hasn't changed. The items are in stock at other retailers that sell manga. Are the shutting down the old Rightstuf warehouse and moving everything to Texas?
Did you guys know you could use ur discount codes you didn’t get the chance to use on rightstuf on Crunchyroll! I haven’t made a purchase on Crunchyroll yet, I realize that I still had a bunch of codes for 5% 10% off for right stuff, so I went to Crunchyroll website and put the code in and it actually took those percentages off. That was a few months ago but hopefully when I’m ready to order, they still work
