This is a 2 V 2 fastbreak opportunity for Kainan. Jin and Nobunaga are leading the break.
Rukawa and Sakuragi are back in Defense
Rukawa and Sakuragi decided to split. Rukawa defending Jin, and Sakuragi Marked Nobunaga.
Jin and Nobunaga decided to space the floor also. Jin went to the three point arc while Nobunaga went under the basket
Jin's Eyes Look at the Ring. Rukawa thought he will shoot the 3. But he used a No look bounce pass to Nobunaga
Sakuragi decided to play behind Nobunaga to Swat him behind. However, Nobunaga Dunked it in reverse to counter Sakuragi's Fly Swatter
What do you think should have Rukawa/Sakuragi did there to stop them?
I NEED artwork from REAL, it’s a piece of media I’ve connected to more than anything else and I feel for it so deeply. Despite collecting the books, I feel it is necessary to my existence that I have some sort of artwork from REAL. I’d even happily have some of the painted pages huge and framed in my house (since they are all incredible) yet I can’t find many; or really any, pieces of artwork orientated around REAL to purchase. Can anyone help me out?
ik theres three versions of the books, and i know theres colored panels. i cant find a definite answer of which version of the manga has the colored panels!! ik that its only some panels but i would still rlly like to buy a book with colored panels. and from my knowledge, theres one version with both colored panels AND full pages where the panels aren't cut off. (i think so) what version is that? ty for any help :D
Seems like the day where we have AI movie is nearer instead of further…

He's only 57 and with the success of the First Slam Dunk, I think we're due for a sequel.
Maybe a short series about the Shohoku five's next basketball journey.
Would love to see an older and wiser version of Sakuragi for sure. Maybe meeting Rukawa in the US and trying out for the NBA?
What are your sequel ideas?
i plan on visiting hong kong, and ik slam dunk is more popular in asia compared to the states. if so, any place suggestions for merch? rlly want to expand my sd collection!! thanks ! :D
Hello everyone,
I've been reading Slam Dunk over the past year and its one of the few manga I'm collecting physically - currently at Volume 21. I somehow magically picked the perfect volume to end on in my batch order, as last time I ended halfway through a match and it was a painful wait for the next couple to arrive.
My question then is, as I'm heading up to an area that has a nice graphic novel cafe in a few days - how many of the 10 remaining volumes should I buy so I don't stop in the middle of an 'arc' or match? I could buy them all but I should be good with my money - I find them cheaper online but I also like to support local. Thank you!!
This is one of my favorite mangas because how good inoue writes it and the art enhanced it even more like how the character struggles and then overcome it naturally its so good so i wanna know other people liked and what chapter it is in this masterpiece of a manga
And this is one of many pages that i absolutely like but it seems like i cant upload images the image
volume 2 of Real
2 months ago I started reading ,,The climber" and after I finished it I thought it was my favorite manga and nothing could come close. A week ago I started reading Slam Dunk and now that I finished it I feel like that for the first time I am thinking about whether I like it more than the climber. This is the first time I have ever been so invested into something, I started reading Sannoh-Shohoku and I literally couldn't stop even when I got home I just sat in my chair and kept on reading and I just explain the feelings I felt near the end of the match, every single character in the story except from the players from Toyotama is so likeable. The development, the dynamics were literally all like nothing I have ever seen. Am I glazing or do you guys also feel like that?
Recently just found out about this song. A korean indie band called GIFT (기프트) named one of their songs "내최애는송태섭이다" which directly translates to "My favorite is Song Taesub", officially called "Song Tae Sub" in English, which is Miyagi's Korean name.
The singer Lee Juhyeok posted the song on his Youtube channel last year, and they released it as part of their EP this year. He's mentioned that he wrote it after watching The First Slam Dunk.
Lyrics:
Until the end of the blue sea
Run towards your dream unwaveringly
Look at the stars in the sky beyond our reach
Today too, they seem to be shining brightly
Even if you fall, move forward without being shaken
However many times, again, right now
Change the flow even if you feel like dying
Don’t give up!
Towards that place
Until the end of the blue sea
Run towards your dream with me
Get, Set, Ready and Go!
Above the blue sky
To the brightly shining me of tomorrow
Change the flow even if you feel like dying
Don’t give up!
Towards that place
Until the end of the blue sea
Run towards your dream with me
Get, Set, Ready and Go!
Above the blue sky
To the brightly shining me of tomorrow
Until the end of the blue sea
Run towards your dream with me
Above the blue sky
To the brightly shining me of tomorrow

Ok, follow up post.
This is how Kainan attack the Triangle two defense.
Maki attacks and penetrate against 3 defenders. There's a chance he will still make it. But in case he misses,
Takasago has the whole day to putback dunk it easily.
That's why Shohoku cannot tie Kainan.
They can stop Maki, but his teammates are no slouch either.
Kainan Coach Takato subbed in Miyamasu to have 2 shooters on the court. (Jin and Miyamasu)
Coach Anzai reacted with Triangle 2 defense.
Miyagi on Miyamasu, Sakuragi on Jin. Then, Akagi, Rukawa, Mitsui will play zone defense inside the arc. (To cover Maki's Penetration)
Do you agree with this defensive plan?
Hey, I'm trying to find first editions of Slam Dunk published in Korean and I was wondering if anyone knew where to look for them. eBay failed me already, so I need an alternative. Searching on Google didn't give me what I needed either, so I need humans to answer this question. I don't even know if such a thing exists, but I'm trying to get them as a gift.
