Can anyone write an article (of any size) about anything they find interesting for a website I'm creating that highlights unknown journalists?

DM me if so. The website is not up yet, but I need some articles from some willing and gracious journalists to get started. All credit and links wanted/needed will be provided. Articles can be about anything anywhere the idea is to highlight the author.

This project aims to streamline your global news searching and following experience

    Hey folks,

Can you commit enough time to stay updated on diverse international news sources? Do you often face challenges in grasping an event from start to finish?

We are a small team developing a platform "Lynir" that aims to simplify your news-following process. Lynir gathers global news and organizes your search on a timeline. It strives to provide diverse local perspectives, facilitating a comprehensive understanding of its nature and evolution.

As this is our first version, we are currently working on expanding our coverage to include more local news, supporting multiple languages, and implementing other enhancements. We hope you will try it, and we appreciate any feedback. If you'd like to join us, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Wish you a good search on Lynir @ https://lynir.com

Tip: The default search function operates on natural language queries. To perform a keyword search, add '#' before a keyword and press Enter.

Exploring News Polarization and AI: The Automated Headlines Project

Exploring the intersection of AI and journalism, I've developed an automated Top Headlines Newsletter. It curates news stories from a balanced set of sources (2 left, 2 center, 2 right as categorized by AllSidesMedia) and delivers them every morning at 9 AM PST. I'm keen to see how this can revolutionize our approach to news. See the project: https://www.neuraltimes.org/newsletter.

[Discussion] The use of AI in journalism

    Hey everyone,

Neural Times is an example of how AI can be used in the world of Journalism. Neural Times is an AI-powered news site that autonomously selects topics, researches, writes, and publishes news. Drawing equal amounts of information from left, right, and center sources in each story, we aim to counteract political bias and polarization.

    heres a link:

    https://www.neuraltimes.org/

I'm curious what you guys think of the role of AI in the future of journalism, both positive and negative oppinions.

    Investigative Journalism

    Hey y'all!
We are looking for early adopters of a collaborative platform for investigative journalism. You need not necessarily be an investigative reporter. This platform helps researching and organizing online sources (like URLs) that support or contradict any claims you are investigating for your story, by collaborating with other journalists. Please send me a direct message if interested, there are limited spots.

    Cheers!

Journalists: Do you like your boss?

Do you like your boss? What makes them great/terrible?

Hello! I'm Dr. Gregory Perreault, a journalism professor (Appalachian State) and I'm working with Samuel M. Tham (Colorado State) on study to try to get a better sense of what leads to better newsroom leadership. I think this is something essential to our field and would love to have your feedback on it. If you have a few minutes, please consider taking this survey. Your responses will be anonymous, we're trying to see what would make leadership in our field better
