Found this in my local shop sealed new. I’m sure this is a bootleg live recording as the distributor is called “Mind Control”
Pablo Honey/ Bends era FM Broadcast on July 2nd, 1994. Here is the track list:
Honestly I enjoyed these live renditions of Pablo honey songs, more concretely put together than the studio recording. Superb!
Nude, pyramid song, video tape, how to disappear completely, bodysnacthers, 2+2=5, daydreaming... who else has a discography like that? Who else has literally perfected every facet of their craft?
The only other artists who I can think of who I think achieved perfection is Pink Floyd and Elliott Smith.
Because ("Because the sky is blue, it makes me cry") they speak English.
Let Down is about depression. "Crushed like a bug on the ground". But it's very optimistic: "one day I am gonna grow wings". I will be so happy that I will have an hysterical chemical reaction. And I especially love the line "you know, you'll know where you are with" - it means, that you know that now you are listening to radiohead, you are with them and you will always be with them, and you will know in the future that you'll be with radiohead ❤️!!!!
where did the ateasers go i miss our board i dont think we found another spot this cant be it right where is ash
I'm glad it wasn't called that after all, or else, people wouldn't have known if they're going to buy Neil Young, the new Radiohead album, or Radiohead, the new Neil Young album.
I mean, the fact that lyrics had changed. But I don't understand what's something in House of Cards. The consequences were about how the fans reacted to the album that was not connected with the politics or any social or psychological problems, and this word in one of the interviews: "humanized"? It's about the thing that the fans were surprised that Thom started to write songs about relationships and that was very weird? As for me, I was very much surprised that there is a band who writes songs about politics and so on, not about love, because when I was a kid I heard songs 99% only about love. I thought "why do they all always sing about love? Love, love, love, all the same. Is there nothing else to sing about, really???". And only Radiohead was NOT about love. Anything but not love and relationships. That was completely unique. And I remember this line in Sulk "God rest your soul when the loving comes and we've already gone". I understood it in this way: "if you are waiting for love and it doesn't come to you then you should think that God rest your soul, I mean, you should relax and don't bother. Am I stupid, really? 😊🫠
Always makes me chuckle that both fit
Can’t unsee it
I happy to see Josh Homme and Troy, and I was happy to see someone from Radiohead.
Mine is ok computer
A few months ago, I ordered the TKOL RMX box when it was back on sale. I ordered it, got the confirmation receipt, but nothing came. I sent them an email but they still didn't reply. Any idea on what I can do?
Obviously not including that one super fandom dividing song that may or may not be syncopated I just want to know more about how they inflicted their words and how they spoke and what not also, how would you describe the “beats” they were on, I don’t know what else to call it because im hiphop listener, but its like ambient synth?
Released February 1st 1993. Anyone can play guitar, Faithless the wonder boy, Coke babies.
The Radiohead Olympics will be a series of Events about finding the best of many things related to the bands discography without the typical survivor type voting on only the same old topics.
Events that will take place include things such as Music Videos, Concerts, Production and many others.
Each album will have its own Qualifying Round which will decide the Finalists in the Gold Medal Event.

The masterpiece B-side from “In Rainbows: Disk 2” by Radiohead
Guitar and vocal cover by Walker and Zach Glenn
Enjoy!
I saw a while ago something about what someone's favorite 3 back to back tracks in an album are and I think mine would have to be this in msp but I rlly wanna know what yalls are
To the more serious fans of AMSP: It’s becoming clear to me that this album has aged extremely well among fans in this sub. I’m even seeing the odd “I prefer it to In Rainbows” comment every so often, which is pretty hefty praise.
It’s a beautiful album, one that brings me back to a particular summer in my life when I felt small and unimportant and it brought me tons of comfort. It’s one of my favorites of all time. I only mention this to clarify that these questions aren’t coming from someone who dislikes the album
However, as a collection of songs recorded around the same time for the same project, it’s hard for me to see why it’s starting to be regarded by some as one of their best ever.
Desert Island Disk (though it surprised me live, I’ll admit)
The Numbers
Tinker Tailor Soldier Sailor Rich Man….
Are these songs better for you than their worst from In Rainbows, etc.? What about the other songs makes you feel like the album is far above their 2000’s output for example? I’m more of less looking for perspectives different from mine and thoughtful reviews for some of the weaker songs from people for whom they are not “weak”.
Note: if you do not believe in art being categorizable as “better” or “worse” than other art, we agree. Worry not, I’m not going to compile a list of albums from “best to worst” I’m only trying to prompt those for whom this album may mean something I’m not seeing yet because I find others bringing their perspective in sometimes helps me discover new angles to things.
I wonder if this means anything. The last time they changed their profile picture was when KID A MNESIA came out. They changed it from a photo from the AMSP era to one from the Kid A and Amnesiac era. Now they’ve changed it to a photo from what looks like the Bends or OK Computer era. I wonder if they’re going to put out a 30th anniversary The Bends album or something. Or maybe they’re just changing it to a more “general” profile picture instead of the Kid A and Amnesiac one. Or maybe it means nothing at all. I have no idea. Just thought it was interesting
I was just thinking idly, Radiohead often are credited for how cinematic their music is.
I wonder how much being chosen to make a song for the end of Romeo and Juliet affected how they wrote music?
Especially as they were quite young, ok computer not having been finished yet...
I was watching the show Severance and it made me think of OK Computer. I’d love to see some Radiohead in an outro or something. What do y’all think?
