So we are looking for a place to buy and have stumbled upon a nice flat in Yuthika Baner. It has all amenities, cles to schools, checks all our boxes. However we have heard that this place faces massive water issues. There are some conflicting stories we have heard, mentioning them below: Story 1: water shortage is there for 3-4 hours daily. But drinking water is not affected. Story 2: water shortage is due to some issue with choked water pipelines, the repair work for which is ongoing. This is a temp issue, and was not seen in the past Story 3: tankers have been coming in recently but there have been no interruptions in water supply as such
Now I don't know which account to believe and go with, but this whole thing has put a doubt in my mind in general. I would be grateful if someone can corroborate the situation, or provide their own experience. Appreciate all the help we can get on this topic, since this is a big investment decision and we want to know all the information before we take a call on this.
Hello,
I am currently looking to buy a used Moped at around ₹15K-20K range from anywhere in Pune.

Due to the affliction of being a dumbass, I've bought a bunch of shoes that don't fit me well and so are barely used. All of these shoes were bought within a year and have been used for hardly a week (max 2). Looking to sell them all and not willing to negotiate a great deal due to the less usage of these shoes.
I am going to now list down steps to show interest for any of the shoes that you would like to buy. While these steps might seem like common knowledge to some of you, I have learnt that most people don't seem to understand how to buy something off the internet. I've had way too many terrible experiences which have only been a waste of my time and energy. So I'd like to put down these steps here so that both the buyer and I can hopefully have a stress-free, chill transaction and move on happily with our lives.

I got enrolled into iitpk classes infront of fc college's gate. I am from small tier 2 city I have few questions -
Like what shall be the expected rent near Fergusson college we found a 1bhk flat near College and the rent is 22k is it a good deal (we are 3 students)
PG will also be a good option for me if there are any available nearby for an affordable price
Are there any good tiffin services nearby who have good food
Are there any good gym's nearby and swimming pool too as I am used to it in my city.
And lastly is there any good shopping places for clothes and stationery on fc road
And if you can give me some tips it would be helpful.

I wanted to know what would be the expected Rent for a 1 BHK Furnished flat on Pashan Sus Road with Amenities / Features listed below:
I am just enquiring as I feel the owner is quoting excessive rent of ₹25000 and 3 months deposit. The flat is really good and recently painted, well lit and airy, but I really think the rent is bit higher.
Hey folks,
I know this is embarrassing but I’m male and in late 20s and I don’t know how to ride a bike or Scooty or even a cycle.
I somehow learnt Scooty in mumbai via a friend but couldn’t get road confidence as he couldn’t give me much time.
I’ve shifted to pune with no friends 😅, travelling here without any vehicle is hectic, can someone help me how can I learn at least Scooty? Any contact of a private driving instructor would help.
PS . By pune west I meant Hinjewadi and nearby areas, I am from Mumbai so don’t hate on me if that’s not correct 😂
Locality is good, convenient. But apartment is around 750 sq ft for 95 lac. Is it worth it? Or Should we move outside areas?
Its living+dining is 17.6 x 11.3 ft, its rectangle where are are supposed to keep both sofa & dining table. To me it looks kinda small, but I've lived in old apartments with large carpet area.
Are new apartments come with these kind of config only, because even outside area apartments are also 750-800 sq ft? Can anyone tell their experience of living in such config? Is 17.6 x 11.3 enough for living+ dining?
Which are the newly construction but completed residential buildings in Magarpatta. I am only asking about the completely ready projects in Magarpatta city Hadapsar which recently were open to residents since 1 year

Folks who have bought properties in Undri (Specifically in the Nyati County area), what is your experience living in Undri as well as the residential apartments price appreciation over the years?
I am born and brought up in Pune. I've grown up in areas such as Dhankawdi, Bibvewadi and presently at Katraj-Kondwha Road. My job is in Kharadi. Recently, I've decided to move out of my parents home. I have started looking for a resale property. I have looked at a lot of resale properties and fallen in love with one property in Undri. This is at Nyati Estaban. It's a 2 BHK home with 1050 carpet area and quite a lovely balcony, spcacious rooms/bathrooms/living room. Asking price is 90L.
I've looked at a lot of properties and this one by far feels like a place I can call "home". But I've heard from folks that the residentials in Undri are not appreciating in price and most people are selling thier homes at the price they originallly bought it at. I also hear that there is a lot of traffic owing to the thin lanes in Undri overall. Finally, I am being adviced against buying a 2BHK for such a high cost as it may get difficult to sell it later.
I have to travel to Kharadi 2-3 times a week for work. Rest of the days I work from home. I quite like this property but also know that the advice given to me by folks is not something I can ignore before commiting to something this big.
