Does anyone know if the dates for 2025 have been announced yet?
i bought some alpine party plugs for last year and they were alright but the sound quality suffered, edpecially with some stages at primavera not having the best sound, are the pro much better ? or do y'all know better brands for this ?
Hi! i’m looking at getting vip for a day at the festival and was wondering if it is worth it. i obviously want to be able to see the best i can, does anyone know what the view is like for the main stage?
I am going on Saturday, and my plane arrives at 3:30pm (easyJet so maybe later...). What is the probability that these a***oles put American Football so early that I cannot go.
I literally just got back home from Coachella weekend 1 and I'm exhaused but so hype for Primavera!! Anyone else running these festivals back to back?
Also, I'm coming from NYC with my bestie and we want to make international friends to chill with!! HMU if you have good vibes and are down to meet new people, my insta is @ whyfelipewhy.
Hey, it’s my first time going to Primavera Barcelona this year and I can’t wait . I wanted to see if there was any interest in setting up a group chat to meet people to get food with. If you’re interested send me a message and I’ll try set something up.
:)
Hi all,
Unsure if people will still be around after the festival, but if you are for exploring reasons, Sitges Pride will begin on June 5th and I was planning on going. If there are any LGBTQ+ people still around and wanted to join, it's only a 40-50 minute train ride to Sitges from Barcelona. Thought to offer it up!
Also looking for queer friends to meet up with during Primavera Sound as I am traveling solo! :)
how do you tell where each artist is set to perform and also the time they will perform? i found maps for previous years but i can’t find for 2024?
We have sadly just had to cancel our AirBnB booking in Barcelona as we can no longer go to the festival. It was a 2 bedroom/4 person apartment in Glories, not far at all from the Forum. Not very cheap, but nowhere is any more! We'd booked it from Tuesday to Tuesday.
Just posting in case anyone's still struggling to find accommodation.
Do we know around which time her show will start ? I have exams in France in the morning and will arrive around 8pm I hope I won’t miss the beginning… Also do you think since I’m going alone I will be able to go through the crowd near the front or people will be mad at me
Hey all, I’m coming over and staying for 5 nights in Barcelona & hoping to go to the festival. I’m a bit overwhelmed by the idea of 500k attendees- I’ve never been to a festival this big. I’ve booked accom in Porto as well- so have the option of attending either or both festivals.
What would you recommend for a solo female traveler? Porto or Barcelona? I’m mostly worried about safety really, and traveling back to my close hotel at night etc.
Also- hot tips for how to spend the day before the music starts? Much appreciated!
x
Any thoughts on VIP? Is it worth it?
(Sorry if there’s already a post on this)
The National have been confirmed in Razzmatazz for the Wednesday before the fest.
helloo i'm planning to visit primavera barcelona with a friend (both F) on JUNE 1ST and it's our first music festival experience! i was wondering if there were any groups of girls or people that would like to go together!
EDIT: we’re no longer able to attend due to unforeseen circumstances 💔💔
We got New Order which blew my socks off when they announced it. I’m sure there were more too that got announced bit by bit… but we’re a little over a month till the festival. Don’t think there’s a chance for a surprise huh?
I’m manifesting Jamie xx so fucking bad right now. Jealous of Coachella!
I dont know what to do if Lana clashes with Ethel cain or Arca
This is possibly a bit niche - but I’m wondering if anyone has any experience of being coeliac (or otherwise seriously gluten allergic) at Primavera.
My usual festival fuel since I started attending in 2019 has been beer and pizza. Last October I was diagnosed with Coeliac Disease (which explains how severely ROUGH I felt after last year’s edition).
No idea what I will do this year - will be a bit of a learning curve. I don’t drink spirits and anyway they’re too extortionate at Prima.
Does anyone have any experience of taking their own food (or booze) into the festival? Any good food spots near the site? Or any other advice or experiences generally?
Hi, I couldn't figure this out - any idea if the full 3-day VIP access includes access to the Brunch Electronik, or I need to purchase it separately? Thanks...
My perception of time is a weird one.
Couple months ago I was like: "Hey, 6 months from now it's Primavera Sound again! Awesome!"
Now I'm like: "6 weeks? That's so long! I can't wait!"
Coachella-hype doesn't make it better. :-D
I have two options:
How is it around the Parc, is it safe to walk back at night?
How hard is it to get a taxi to the centre after the festival?
We are staying at SB Diagonal Zero this year,
Has anyone stayed there? what did you think?
Lana’s Coachella set was so good!!! Can’t wait to see her at Prima now!
Hi everyone since the festival is coming fast. I was wondering if I could enter the site with a small camera like this to record my adventure and keep memories. On the website it says only professional camera are forbidden so I think it will go well but I just wanted opinions or even someone who already brought that kind of stuff inside
Hi everyone, I am an avid lover of craft beer and would like to visit some nice spots when in Barcelona. Does anyone have any good recommendations?
I’ll be travelling solo to Primavera so also always up to meet other people for some craft beer specialties.
Thanks in advance!
Edit: thanks everyone for all the amazing recommendations - cannot WAIT to try them all 🤣
Hey everyone, would love to know people’s thoughts on Sonar Barcelona this yearrrr
Already been to the ones above last year, looking to try some more good spots!
Hello!
I'm 33/male/american solo travelling through Europe for the first time and I'll be rolling through Barcelona during the festival, and I'm seeing if anyone is interested in exchanging info and hanging out. It seems like there are a lot of threads like this so I might try to piggyback off those as well. Let me know if you're interested and we can exchange insta handle or something.
I don't recognize most of the artists besides the headliners, but I really want to see Freddie Gibbs, Peggy Gou, Disclosure. Also would be cool to see 070 shake, BBNG, Herrensauna, Charlie XCX. Outside of that I'll be most interested in the EDM artists if I can find any, but I can vibe to most kinds music if it's good.
I'm in a hostel (will be my first one ever lol) and I'm planning on meeting some locals for rock climbing, so some nights I can't rage as hard as others, but otherwise I'm down to party way into the morning being loud and weird.
anyway thanks for reading! :)
We're going to be a lot of people packed together singing along to our favourite bands, so, please brush your teeth. Maybe a mint or two during the day even?
:)
