Looking for a groomer who could get "proper" grooming to our 2 schnauzers.

Red cardinal is attacking our windows like crazy and I think the only way to stop it is probably put up a screens on the windows which would cover whole window instead of the half which we have right now. So I have 2 questions:

• do we have any effective method to stop the bird attacking the window ? (no shooting ideas please)
• is there a local business which is reputable and can help with our screens on the house ?
