I love both Dark Element albums. And her two latest solo albums and the albums with Russell. But I just discovered Ultima Grace, a fucking Japanese Power Metal style album she did. And it's so good!
She's doing such good shit ever since leaving Nightwish and even then she left doing IMO their best album.
As far as I can tell, the only song from the only power Metal band in Kosovo. Their social media pages are either deleted or say they only have this one song. A bit unfortunate, because it’s quite good.
For whatever reason, I’ve never listened to the band. I’m loving the new album, what are the must listen songs/albums from their back catalog?
From the album 'A Reign Of Shadows', released in 2001.

Naoki Morioka is very cool instrumental shred stuff, you'll like this if you like really impressive guitar and drum work and don't care about vocals.
Seven Kingdoms was impressive, I don't think I've actually ever listened to them despite the hype. It has some moments with the "disco drumbeat" which I'm not a big fan of creeping its way into power metal, but the rest of the song makes up for it. Not sure why MA has given it a "thrash" tag, doesn't seem accurate at all.

Really like, la Isla Bonita by Twilight guardians
I was listening to the latest dreamtale's album, and there's this version of a song called Lady Dragon, and that song was very important in my life, and that version is kinda off, I don't know, the solo it's still great by the way
Hey all! My cohost and I run a podcast and we have the chance to interview Striker at the end of the month and I wanted to see if there are any great questions from the community we can ask on your behalf. Thanks! \m/
