Well blow me down! A subreddit for Popeye fans!
/r/popeye
I remember watching a Popeye compilation on VHS when I was younger. One particular episode stuck with me, and I can't seem to find it. The memory is vague, but I distinctly remember Bluto and Popeye fighting over Olive Oyl and carrying her over a wooden plank between their ships. I think she was calling for Popeye to save her but unsure of that part. I'm pretty sure I watched it in black and white as well if that helps.
If anyone recognises or knows this episode please let me know

Where can I watch the black-and-white, original version of 1930-1940 in good quality?
Maybe I can download or buy it somewhere
When I was young my grandparents had a few DVDs and a VHS tape of Popeye episodes. Two of them were called PyePye instead of Popeye. Unfortunately the DVDs and VHS are long, long gone and I can't find anything about this online.
Anybody have any idea what PyePye was?
So now you can legally make Popeye stuff as his copyright expires this year.
I posted this to /r/comicstripart and I actually found 2 people who remember this specific Popeyes! Small world ey!
Any additional information is very much appreciated
I just read a story (HERE's a screenshot) when in the end multiple clones of Olive are sent into space and it's implied the real Olive might have been sent into space too and the one left behind might be one of the clones.
Picked up issue 1 from a local shop a while back, but considering how tiny the text got, I've wanted to look into getting future issues digitally. Problem is I can't seem to find digital copies sold anywhere. Google says it's on the Comics Kingdom website, but their digital page leads to a dead link. Any help would be much appreciated, since it was a really solid first issue, so I'd like to keep up with it.
Can anyone help me identify the Popeye cartoon where he has to chase a cat... probably through a construction site? The way Olive cries "Oh! Kitty Oh!" cracks me up
Boss Fight Studio showed images of their packaged figures for wave 3 of their Classic Popeye toy line. I assume this means they'll be shipping soon. The figures in the past two waves have been great, and I think these look great, too.
It's cool they've been able to get this deep into the Popeye characters. I hope they're able to make at least one more wave of figures to gives us a Geezil and Alice.
Any guesses for which characters will be in wave 4, assuming it happens?
