Saw a bunch of these stuffed on doors and in screen-doors. I got about as far as #3 and went from not giving a shit about the latest political stupidity, to being outright insulted. Mostly because I know there absolutely is people out there that are just going to eat this shit up and rally for it, and I'm just so disgusted at the state of the world. I just felt like performing the internet equivalent of spitting on the pavement and walking away.

I would like your opinions on this issue. Because I’m totally confused, why would anyone want a government shut down?
If someone does a crime like deal drugs or sell weapons illegally and they get caught in the act with irrefutable evidence against them, why can’t there be a really high minimum sentence? Like if the minimum sentence for a convicted fentanyl dealer was fifty years would that not be a good deterrent? Shouldn’t every state and city have those types of sentencing laws then? Someone tell me what angle I’m missing here
