I want to evolve it cause shiny, but I shouldn’t right?

1.How to i get onyx, to be specific what is the best recipe to get him. I have tried and only got one level 3 onyx. Do any of yall know of any ways to get a high level onyx.
2.How do i get Blue fruits and The rock/grey food for the soups. I need to know because that us how i got my first onyx.

this seems like a weird idea but just hear me out, a sniper marowak! i know it seems ridiculous but just think once, a glass cannon marowak with perfect bingos, lvl 100, a ground dmg buff and bonemerang with 3 whack-whack stones.
