Hi All, I’m headed to a black tie formal wedding next month. I’ve been searching for dresses and trying not to get upset about it. I’m 5’5”, 220 and 49. I’ve lost about 50lbs which is great but I still have a way to go. I’ve ordered from Amazon, Kiyonna, city chic and nothing works. I’m very apple shaped. No waist. Hi all, I’m looking to place my first Bloom Chic order. I’m a torrid 5. Pretty much all Torrid 5s fit me, a 4 is snug but some roomy 4s can fit.

Would I be safe with Bloom Chics 5?

I have seen things saying their quality isn’t great, but I’m okay with that for the price. I have lost 165lbs over the last 3 years and all of my clothes are getting way too big. I’m also about to get weight loss surgery so I don’t want to spend a lot of money of higher quality things if I will likely not fit in them in a year or two.

I'm about a US16. I see so many styles I love on Shein but I'm trying to get away from them, their clothes are somehow getting cheaper (cannot for the life of me find any cotton/ cotton blends and the fitting is horrible) and of course the ethics, I'm trying to move away from buying from them.
