The Rich Man's Gold
Platinum is the rarest of the precious metals, and some say the most beautiful. It has the power to convert deadly hydrocarbons into CO2 and water. With barely 5 million ounces available per year for all usages including investment, little Plata is both in demand, and scarce. The heaviest of the precious metals, Platinum has a unique weight that you might say is astonishing.

Charles H. Duell, the Commissioner of the United States Patent Office, is often credited with saying "Everything that can be invented has been invented". this is apocryphal, but supposedly was said in 1899.
this makes me wonder, do any of you platinum hounds ever think about the possibility that some new invention or process may require the unique qualities of the PGMs? obviously nobody knows what the future will produce, but am i the only one who is thinking about this?
1049 limit five. Won’t be there long they go quick
I like the look of it, and want to own some platinum and be able to wear it for life, my current silver chain I have worn for over a decade straight.
What would be considered a fair markup from the spot price for a piece of jewelry in this case a chain? is 150% markup compared to spot considered normal?
