If there’s one with both classic 80’s/90’s games with newer games, please let me know! Thanks!
Does anyone know how to get access to the clay tennis courts on the cliff right by the Inn at the cove?
thanks!
I know about the dinosaur park, but that’s about it. Any more recommendations/ suggestions would be deeply appreciated, thanks! 😁
Im looking for a place in pismo or nearby to propose to my girlfriend, I want something that’d be fairly private and with easy access to (gf is under the idea we are just going to dinner so she will be dressed up). Ideally I want something with a good view and some platform i could decorate to make it an unforgettable experience for her. I plan on taking her during sunset to add to the ambiance
Hello- I’m taking my wife to pismo beach and Santa Barbara for our baby moon- any recommendations for gluten-free dining? She has celiacs.
Thank you in advance!
Hi All, new to this sub. Anyone see a larger shark north of grand today?
The family says they saw something that was breaching but didn't seem to be dolphins.
Particularly looking for one with PLENTY of options, seafood, fruits, veggies, fried chicken, Mac n cheese, potatoes, soups, and good desserts and drinks. Like Golden Carral or Sweet Tomatoes, perhaps?
We are at Breezeway Cafe and my child needs to pee. They don't have a bathroom. Where can I sit down and eat and also have access to a bathroom?
Thank you and sorry for the weird question!
Might visit next month. Just wondering, as I’m quite the foodie/ sweet tooth person. Thanks!
Going for 2 nights to Pismo for first time. Wanted to know what are some things to do, any good places to cover within vicinity and food recommendations.
Just a curiosity question, not trying to ruffle feathers. Been coming to Pismo every summer for years, usually staying just north of the pier and have never seen campfires on the beach. The past few days I’ve seen a couple small campfires right on the beach north of the pier. I know they’re allowed in south Pismo at the campsites, but have the rules been relaxed recently or have I just been oblivious to them in the past?
New to the area and looking for restaurants that can solidly handle a shellfish allergy in the greater Pismo area. Does anyone know a location where they have separate fryers for shellfish and things like fries or tortillas chips? The cross contamination gets me frequently. Thanks in advance!
I'm looking to try a new restaurant for my birthday tonight. Somewhere fun with good food and drinks. I had McLintocks last night. Any other suggestions?
The Sea Lion on the beach today looked really confused. Almost like it had rabies or that algae sickness. What was the outcome?
Need recommendations for my 98 yr old mom for back pain relief. What CBD gummy or oil have you used with good results. Store or online.
I’m curious if anyone saw this washed up shark that was missing its head. It was fairly large and I’m curious is anyone has any ideas what it was, if they saw it? I was thinking maybe leopard or horned shark, although it was pretty large
Cheap eats/ but good/ for a week stay in Avila. In Avila only.
When did this close? It was one of my go to stores when visiting Pismo.
Was planning on heading to pismo this weekend but seen something on a news report about 1350lbs of sewage going into water. Is the water safe to get in? The report had signs all over beach and entrances about water not being safe. If anyone who has been there within the last 24-48hrs please fill me on what the situation is would be appreciated.
We are visiting Pismo this year and currently have a spot on the beach for today. Curious though if tonight for the fireworks, if we should keep our beach spot and watch from the beach? We have a super close place that we are staying to as well that we could potentially watch the fireworks from there. I am just worried about it being too packed and hectic since we have little kids. Any advice would be appreciated!
Good morning All! First time heading out to Pismo area. I was able to reserve a spot at Oceano Dunes SVRA for July 3rd. I have a stock 2024 tacoma offroad and will be arriving at the destination at night around 9pm. I looked at the tides and it looks like it will be in the high tide times. Will I be ok to cross creek at High tide? Thank You!
Hello! my husband and I recently moved to a nearby area and picked up golfing as a hobby! anyone wants to catch a game and chat?
My party of 14 is planning to camp at oceano dunes SVRA. I have a few questions about driving on sand and overnight parking.
Thanks for the advice.
Does anyone here know anyone who lives within or close to the California Valley/Carizo Plains? If so, have you heard any stories of bizarre events or people living out there?
A friend of mine just bought property out there a few miles from the hotel. He told me that on Monday night there was a man wandering down his street dressed in some sort of light-up ritual (like a magician) garment carrying a sword. My buddy said that the guy walked back and forth on the street next to his property for about a half hour before being picked up by a car. A few minutes later a projector in a nearby field began flashing spooky faces into the sky in front of my friends property (most likely one of those Halloween decoration projectors)
My friend isn't a liar, but I am concerned about whether this actually happened or if I should be concerned about his mental health. Has anyone heard any similar stories or anything strange at all about the Valley, "supernatural" or not?
