I live off of Loch Raven and it seems like every week on average at least one day a week a helicopter is flying around my neighborhood back and forth sweeping the area. Normally I'm like whatever but it's been happening so frequently I'm so curious what it's doing

I recently moved back due to a career move (eg house furnishing,). I recall going to the Riss Lake garage sale and one other that escapes my memory...I can't find info when it will be in 2024?  One visits per week for 18-22 weeks (2-4 hours each)

The male driver of a Black Hyundai Venue temporary tags MD T1185273 registered to an address in Essex has been verbally harassing women walkers and joggers in the Parkville and Carney area near Joppa Road around 8am on multiple days in the last week.
